The dress was exactly like the image of the page, very fast delivery, my blouse is perfect, I love it.
The entire process was quick and simple, and the product arrived quickly.
This was my first and ONLY order from Noracora. I received the dress I ordered and the return address on the package was in California, USA. The dress had a very visible pull in the material right next to the neckline so I sent pictures of the defect in the dress in an email to the company. I was given two options: one was to keep the dress and be given a refund of 20% of the purchase price, and the other was to return the dress for a full refund of the purchase price. Since the defect was very visible, I opted to return the dress for the full refund. I was then given a second choice: either keep the dress and receive a 50% refund or return it for a full refund. Again I opted to return the dress for a full refund. The company agreed and said they would email me an "official" return shipping label, which was the only way my return would be accepted. In other words, if I returned the dress to the address on the the label on the package it was sent to me in, it would not be accepted. When the "official" return label was emailed to me, I was shocked and dismayed to see that the return address was in CHINA. Can you imagine how much it would have cost for shipping to return a $20 defective dress to China? My only choice was to keep it and request the 50% refund, which the company did do. I think this is very DISHONEST business practice and TERRIBLE customer service and I will NEVER order from Noracora again. I will also tell everyone I know what happened and warn them NOT to order from Noracora. It's companies like this that make people afraid to order anything online.

What they don't tell you is that the sizes here are Chinese, not American, and you can't return anything. The cost of returning this stuff is far more than you pay for any item. I got stuck with $250 worth of useless merchandise. Fabrics are flammable and cheap. Stay away!,,,

My two orders included some poorly made knockoffs that didn't match the photos that they used to sell the products. A version of bait and switch. They sent no confirmation of order email and I had no idea when the items would arrive. It took weeks. When I emailed them about returning a few of the items ( the sneakers that smelled like glue and the blazers cheaply copied and made with a felt like material and plastic shiny buttons) they put me off and even after my 2nd request, they didn't send me the return address so…I'll be donating these items to Goodwill and will never ever again purchase anything from Noracora :(: ( :(: (
I ordered 4 tee shirts. The sizing was very variable. I haven't tried to return the one that is too small. One of them was a bit large. But, for the price they are quite nice. I haven't washed anything yet. We'll see how the fabric holds up.

Ordering was easy, but my last order did not get to me so easily. I'm giving this another try.
I finally received an order placed more than a month ago. It was supposed to be a half sleeve, lavender kaftan with colorful flowers around the bottom. I received a LONG sleeve BLUE and white thing with a seam running around the almost middle of it. Not empire, not waist so oddly placed. What I ordered didn't have a seam around the middle. On top of that it's NO WHERE NEAR the size I ordered. The slip inside the package states the description of what I actually ordered. That's NOT what they sent. OHH and there's no tag stating the material or washing instructions. AND NO ADDRESS TO RETURN IT TO!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
