This was my first visit. I enjoyed the experience and look forward to receiving my order. The reviews were helpful to me. When I started choosing my items last night, the screen said I would receive 15% off, but the code box only gave 3 choices that did not match.

Great and easy to order. Didn't know it was shipped internationally and sizes are all wrong. I ordered 2xl on everything and 2 of the dress showed up as a size medium and one as a large with 2xl tags on them. The quality is okay. Some of the dresses feel almost as thin as paper. Worried the seams will rip really easily. The jackets were really thin and are just like sweater weight. The necklace was broken when it arrived. Too expensive to ship back to England or wherever it has to go. The clothes shipped from China. Took 3-4 weeks to arrive.
So far great. Have to wait until the stuff arrives to see quality and fit and return process if something doesn't fit.
I will be happy with this experience when some of my items are successfully returned.
The site offers a HUGE selection of what appears to be gorgeous, well-made clothing and accessories. Unfortunately, many of the items are NOT as described or depicted on the website. I ordered embroidered shirts, they were not embroidered. I ordered linen pants, they were not linen. I ordered cotton dresses and t-shirts, they were not cotton. There is also a significant problem with sizing. I am a US size 14, I ordered XXL which in US sizing is a size 20. Shorts, pants and t-shirts were only slightly too large. Dresses were very tight in the arms and chest (I wear a 38 B bra) and super voluminous in the skirt. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, NoraCora was eager to make things right. Returning all of the items would have cost $144.00+ so NoraCora offered me a partial refund and suggested I keep the items. After my initial experience, I was hesitant to place a second order since you can't be sure that what you see is what you will actually get but the website offers such great prices, such truly beautiful looking items and what I did receive was ultimately good quality that I decided to place a second order equipped with the knowledge gained from my first order. Hopefully, my second experience shopping online at NoraCora will be much better and I will not hesitate to shop there all the time.

Items are not as described. Return shipping is not cost effective as you have to return to China. It took over a week to get a reply from the company. Very disappointing purchase.
This was one of the first times I ordered something for myself online. The Site was easy to use, of course. Ordering was simple, shipping was delayed which I was upset about, but it was not the shipper that caused the problem.
