I ordered the dress 2 months ago and just received it yesterday. I ordered one size larger than needed just to be deafening and it's still 3 sizes to small!

All of the clothing, etc. on their website look really nice and decently made. Don't be fooled, I learned this the hard way. All of their products are absolute junk. Material is thin and cheaply made. The color is not the same as on the website. I think the products would fall apart after one wash. I won't even get that far. I will never wear this junk. I processed a return and was informed I will be responsible for shipping fees and VAT tax. It will cost me $$$ to return the order. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS JUNK. You would be better off buying from Walmart or Target. China has the upper hand on us. It cost them nothing to ship it to us, but cost us an arm and a leg to return items. I want to WARN everyone about this horrible company. BEWARE!

I can't believe that you all rate this company with 4and 5 stars. It's a rip off company. My mother wanted to order a couple of things but couldn't afford it. I ordered for her as a surprise gift. The items came and I could have bought better at any swap meet. This is pure crap. Nothing like in the pictures. Do yourselves a favor and buy at Walmart. They even have better quality. When I requested a refund that started to haggle with me. I said that I wasn't buying a used car. They had the nerve to offer me a ten percent discount. I told them to shove it. I was totally mislead by this company. Many items were too small. I was very disappointed in the fabrics used mostly polyester. Tried to return some items but was told I had to pay for shipping to China so I took a 15% on the total for a return for a credit. My items totaled $139.00 I got back $8.76 for my return. All of my clothes had the lable "MISSLOOK" I thought the items would be labeled Noracora. I am done with them.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
