The site freezes and crashes very often. This makes me feel like I did not get what I paid for when I bought my membership. The site owner does not respond to his customers and does nothing to fix the problems with the site as they are the same problems that were there many years ago. Seems like the only interest is making more money as there are now adverts as well as subscription fees and less features on the site than there used to be. Hardly anybody is ever on the site and it still can't seem to cope. The site owner also claims to do something about abusive behaviour in the chat room but yet again just ignores your e-mails. A shame as this site could have done very well in someone else's hands imo.

Webmaster is an idiot. He deletes good accounts but allows bad accounts. There are accounts on here that haven't been used in 5+ years. It's obvious those people aren't returning but yet the webmaster won't delete them. However, he will gladly delete good accounts of people who aren't doing anything wrong. I was just looking to chat with some people but that's not going to happen. I predict this POS website will be out of business soon and rightfully so. Stay away from chat as that's where the literal psychopaths are at. Also, this site has been hacked in the past by other users so be careful and use a VPN! This website was better back a few years ago but the dummy webmaster removed a lot of good features.

The site is a good idea in theory but the awful webmaster spoils it. He really doesn't care about the atmosphere on the site, or whether the site works properly.

He lets people get away with very unpleasant behaviour, and from what I've heard he speaks more harshly to the moderators, who are doing the best to keep the site pleasant in sometimes difficult circumstances, than he does to the trolls!

Also the site is full of bugs that never get fixed. And the webmaster never replies to e-mails. And if the bugs don't prevent you from sending messages, you'll find that unfortunately most members have such bad mental health problems that they can't keep up a regular correspondence.

The chatroom is sometimes OK though.

Overall I'd say that the site probably isn't worth joining.

Left here long ago and found my partner another way. This site has become a hateful place where people like that conglomerate and come on in gangs and get off humiliate innocent users. They obviously are very sick individuals and this has gone on for an extremely long time while the webmaster makes money and gets thrills off it at the same time.If you want to be one of the victims then join. If you do you will be very sorry!. This isnt even a site because the joke will be on you and you wont be laughing!

This is a horrible website they are crooks stolen $100 for the first six months I reported to the monitor about not being able to login along with other issues since I've joined over a week ago and Jim still didn't contact me Pertaining to my issues this crooked service should have been closed down More Lonely.com is a complete rip off including Jim and all the others

I was told to kill myself by the user Simple2017 on this site and nothing was ever done about it after I emailed the webmaster (Jim). You think this kind of thing would not go on on a site for people with mental health issues. If these are the kind of people on here, I don't recommend it. Hey, Jim, is this okay by you? Is this how you envisioned mentally ill people being treated on your site? If you delete me for this comment, I'll come back and leave another review.

I was recently in the chat room at no longer lonely and witnessed the mod annie Oakley and hellanervous gang up on what I thought was a nice person. They got the whole room to create chaos and the poor soul just ran away from the site. If you get on this site, make friends on the site on an individual basis. The people on chat seem to be damaged goods in some way beyond repair. The women are not very pretty and are very deficient in every way. Not girlfriend material at all. They are caddy, nasty hateful people. Hey I am not surprised. If I looked like them and was as far gone as them, I wouldn't be a happy person. Stay away from chat for your own good. Horrible horrible mess of people in there.

I shall be taking my complaint as far as I can now because what they do is illegal. I cancelled my subscription but received a notification saying I'm due for renewal this month. I tried to cancel my subscription and have videod myself doing it. However it keeps taking me back to the Cancel Subscription page so I can only assume it hasn't been cancelled.The only help email I've found is *******@venntro.com so have sent them an email. The website is a con and he just wants your money.

Updating to add: I contacted the ICO about this website and the ICO told me every UK website has to have a clear contact method. I've finally been told that I won't be billed again but it's not clear how to completely delete my profile and I think this website is taking liberties so I will fight for a clear contact method to be added so that others don't have to spend ages trying to get in touch with them.

I've been a long standing member of www.NoLongerLonely.com and I've enjoyed corresponding with many people, some of whom are located in other countries. NoLongerLonely.com is unique in that all members have an emotional or psychiatric diagnoses, so members need not worry how to "break the ice" when corresponding with someone that they'd like to date or correspond with since we're all in the same boat, so to speak.

The webmaster's passion needs to be recognized because this website is not inexpensive to maintain, yet membership fees are extremely low. I can't say enough good things about www.NoLongerLonely.com.

This is not a site for people with a mental illness because it can only make your life worse. There are bullies and trolls on the site that hate new members. The webmaster does nothing about this and in fact will delete the accounts of good members for no reason. I had tried to sign up for a new account because I figured I would give it another shot but the webmaster decided he didn't want to accept my account so he deleted it and without giving a reason. If you suffer from depression or anything, don't use this site because it'll only make things worse.

I loved this site, and treasure some of the connections I made there... there was a time this site was very helpful for my mental state... but the webmaster/owner/Jim does not take care of the trolls and drama queens. Chat seems to have been taken over by trolls or borderline (BPD) users whose main purpose to cause drama for fun. I emailed webmaster about some things, but he didn't even open my email. Well, maybe he will read this! The chat room is in dire need of cleaning up, starting with most mods! It has become a free for all in there! Its hostile, rude, paranoid, and just plain hurtful. Certain problem users and mods need to be removed. How many times does a problem chatter need to be reported before being dealt with? Rather, make them moderator? COME ONE! PLEASE... Jim, come see what your baby, NLL chat, is up to these days! (incognito)...

Nolongerlonely is a badly moderated site, its chatroom is full of gutless trolls who abuse and threaten everyone who is new and if you stand up for yourself and give it back they cry and complain, they got everyone they knew to block me via mass message then tried to get me kicked off by the mod when that all failed they tried to send me a virus! Gutless trolls and shut ins run this site which is a shame because there are nice people on there too!

I have talked with so many caring people in their chat room, that is moderated. The prices are dirt cheap for a dating site. Its a god send to have this and not have to try a normal dating site that stigmatizes you.
Your missing out if you don't give it a try, its great talking with others who understand mental illness.
