Really terrible service, if you want a part go somewhere else. Took over a week just to have an order confirmed and that only happened because I called and talked to a representative. No customer service at all from this vendor, really poor experience waiting... waiting... waiting.

This site is trash and a waste of time; wish I read the reviews before trying to order on this site; 3 weeks wasted with their nonsense. First they didn't have the part, every time I emailed to communicate using their website reply they never got the message…plus they never had the parts to begin with. Only reason they received one star is cause I couldn't give a negative star and I got my money back…stay away and find your parts somewhere else, ugh…can better business bureaus do their job and look into this site as it's a waste of time and poor service standards.

I ordered new hardware for the step rails for our Frontier. I was sent the wrong size parts and this company will not take a return. They said that I didn't put in the vin number to our truck when I ordered the parts and that the individual items are less than 8 dollars.

Stay away from this company. They will not do the right thing.

After further review, it was confirmed that a VIN number was not used when ordering to verify if the hardware was correct; Unfortunately, we are unable to create replacements for different part numbers at this time, a new order must be made.

I warn all customers to not purchase any items from these people. I spoke with Daniel the manager and he did not even care to entertain my complaint. I purchased an item and waited for almost 3 weeks for the items and then once I contacted them they canceled the order and said that they weren't able to ship it. Meanwhile they took payment for shipping. I still have not been paid back any of my money these people do not deserve your business. Do not buy anything from them in my opinion save yourself the headaches and buy from someone else.

Just order some parts from them I never received and they shipped it to the wrong address so the part was returned to them and now they refused to issue a refund to me for their fault. Stay away from this company. Worse shipping time and service.

I was pretty skeptical of this site based on all these awful reviews. I only needed a handful of clips for my Datsun 620. I found the part number, saw they were still available, and took a chance on ordering them. I used PayPal to pay so if I got screwed, I had something to fall back on to get my money back.

A couple days after purchase, I got the shipping notification, and they arrived today in the mail exactly as I expected. I would probably buy again.

For all the bad reviews, since this site appears to be a broker, for all intents and purposes, it's very possible the dealers they're buying from aren't real careful in reading, or that whoever is placing the orders is not doing a good job relaying what was ordered. There's always the chance people buying parts don't know what they actually need as well, then complain when it's wrong.

I ordered the black badging letters for my 2022 pathfinder and they were straight from Nissan manufacturing. They are awesome! So easy to put on and look great.

They will fully and totally block any attempt to make any returns. Buyer beware! Core returns come with a time limit and they don't disclose that up front!

I ordered a couple of parts from this website for my moms car that we ended up not needing, so I requested an RMA to send them back. They did a good job of getting all the information I would need to send the parts back but after the initial information was sent I received no updates on my return. Three weeks later, after using their online chat twice and having to talk to a couple of different customer service employees, I finally have an update that I should receive my return in 5 business days. Of course they will still take the 20% out for restocking fees and charge for the return label, but if I would did not do any of the follow up I would have never received the rest of my money back. I will never do business with this company again.

Stay clear of this online retailer! It took several weeks after I placed a order for them to email me saying I had to pay MORE for the part than what they originally advertised on their website. I caved because I really needed the part and paid the additional amount. The part that arrived came with the wrong clips that broke during installation. They did not want to RMA the part to replace the clips or to provide a replacement part with the correct clips. Horrible customer service! They will send you the wrong part and not want to process the RMA. You will be accountable for their errors! Buy from Amazon instead! Had a great experience ordering the same part and there were no issues with clips during install. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of NissanPartsDeal.com!

Don't waste your time and money with this company. Waited four days for part to ship only for me to call and check on the order for them to tell me the part I was waiting for was back ordered. Ordered the part on a Saturday and called twice(Tuesday & Wednesday) making sure the part was indeed in stock which they assured it was and it would be shipped Wednesday. Waited and called again Thursday and was told they were checking on the part at the dealer. Checked website to find out order was cancelled with no communication from Nissan Parts Deals to this happening. Don't waste your time with this company. At least I was refunded my money unlike others who have posted. Spend the extra $ and order from a reputable dealer.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered my part a month ago, they lost my package, NissanPartsDeal continues to give me the run around on the part stating they filed a claim with the post service and I have to wait another 7 days for the part to arrive, until the part does arrive, I will leave a $#*! review on your page DAILY, if not here by Friday 4/19/24 I will contact the BBB and file daily complaints as well, toodles.

Dig deep into the reviews. They post good reviews. You will be ripped off. The address they use is not correct. There online support is not accurate when identifying part numbers. They do not stand behind the part they send you even if the package is not opened.

I ordered parts on the 16th of November. I was charged $10.00 for two day shipping. Today is the 1st of December. I still have not received my parts. Also, nissanpartsdeal will not answer any correspondence I have attempted to make. I will not use this company again. And I want everyone to know how this company conducts business.

Shipping is ridiculous

Arrival date the 16th - 18th when ordering. Never received any confirmation so contacted on the 17th. Still had not shipped from the west coast. $30 for shipping and they couldn't give me a delivery date. This concludes our business.

Horrible company

So I ordered a part from this company, a transfer case paid for the fastest shipping possible but even though I did already my problems began, this company is just horrible horrible horrible. So as mentioned they advertised two day shipping and then after I already paid they sent me a notice saying there's a 3 day processing period to then begin the 2 day shipping. So in total it took about 5-6 days to actually come, and then at first they sent it to the wrong house, I contacted FedEx and FedEx shipped it to my residence, yet after all this headache once I finally got the part it was the wrong one. I tried to tell someone in their customer service department of the issue in as kindly of a manner as I could what the issue was but they just kept hanging up on me or gave me a run around. Their explanation in layman's terms is if they don't have a part in stocks they'll just ship you a part number similar to the one you ordered if they don't have it and they hope for the best, I actually have a representative saying this documented. This is causing me a dilemma because my car was due for inspection and registration so because of this company, not only am I not making money because I use my car for work, but I'm also getting fined by the city I live in all because of this company, and try and try as much as I could they offered no reasonable solution to the issue whatsoever. I'm telling you the amount of headaches and loss of money I've experienced with this order is unmatched, I've never had such a terrible business deal gone down, I hope my review can save some people, please do not do business with nissanpartsdeal.com.
