Charged me $60 only for the shipping, they chose the carrier (USPS), package never arrived, now they want me to solve the problem directly with USPS and they refuse to send new parts or refund the money, also asking for help since i found out and they only keep saying that i have to talk with usps, RMA department is only there to make you waste your time; they refuse to talk with USPS, even due they chose USPS, charged for it; i bought the parts from them not from USPS, don't get it, worst experience ever
Like others here, no love for this company. Cheated me out of missing parts - I ordered 3 filters among other parts, got shipped one and they will not accept my photos as sufficient proof of the situation to fix this. There's not even enough room in the box for them! The box was undamaged - they just weren't shipped. There was no inventory sheet in the box either, so no other way to prove the shipping dealership made an error. I'm done wasting my time trying to argue with them. Never again for me... wish I never heard of them.
Ordered 12 parts, 5 parts wrong part shipped, 1 part missing. Will never order from them again. Wanted correct parts shipped and an Return Material Authorization for incorrect parts. They would not make it right.
Worst place ever to order from. Ordered parts from them over a month ago. Part of it came in two weeks. The other package got lost. Had to wait another two weeks. Package arrived and it was smashed to about a 1/4" high. Nothing inside the box to protected it and pieces of my order missing. They are not a dealership so don't get fooled they're just a middle man that buys parts from different dealerships and then charge a ridiculous amount to ship to you. Avoid these people like Covid. Not worth what you think your saving because it cost just as much from the dealership once you add the excessive amount for shipping…
They do shady business I will never ever buy anything from these frauds they lie and lie and lie more. Then get mad when you refuse what they are trying to send after waiting a month when it clearly says 3-5 business day not 20-25 business days
They're going to get somebody killed, literally killed. Better yet, why don't you just do it yourself. Go on, send me a bomb. They sent a brake hose that they just looked at the picture of kinda-sorta online and made a copy of. They literally sent me a one-sided brake hose block.
You know how I can tell? Because there are two back wheels. The picture online only shows one side of the part. They shipped me a rear brake hose with one half of the block made perfectly. The other side they didn't drill a hole in. If they can make such a big error that no one EVER bothered to even hold the part they made up to a vehicle in real life I say shut down NissanPartsDeal and get NISSAN badging off my product because you are sub-automotive quality scum. Go to China. Maybe you can destroy someone's family prospects who actually deserved it you complete losers.
Was sent a used fuel pump and now they want 20% restocking fee plus pay for return shipping. Sent pictures as opened resealed box was in a ziplock bag to hide gas smell. No caps on the pump and not wrapped as nissan ships parts
I am very disappointment with the service I received from this company. I recently placed an order on this website and was promised delivery within 1-3 days. However, I did not receive my order until almost two weeks later. Although a tracking number was created the next day, the package was not shipped out for almost two weeks. This delay caused me significant inconvenience as I had to finish my car and could not wait two weeks. As a result, I had to go to the dealer and buy the parts on my own. Furthermore, when I contacted customer service, they were not helpful and provided me with false information. When I attempted to return the parts, they refused to take them back. As a result, I am now stuck with these parts. I am disappointed with the level of service I received from this company and feel that I have been taken advantage of. Not worth dealing with them buy parts from the dealership or other websites.
They sent me the wrong color trim piece I needed and then had the most rediculous return policy. Basically I couldn't return it because my wife threw away the box it came in even though the part had all the numbers on it and clear packaging. I've never had such a foolish experience with returning and have ordered many items across the web. I should have come here to read all the bad reviews before ordering.
This company sends out the wrong parts and will not accept returns. They basically do not accept any returns for any product. They are an unethical company that does not have correct car parts or anyone who understands what the correct car parts are
for the year make and model of your car.
I ordered a transmission filter and gasket. They sent me the filter with no gasket. I had to have my car so I went and bought a new set. I jumped through about five hoops, and sent the incorrect part back to Nissan parts deal. You actually have to take a photographs of the part, the labels and the shipping containers before you send them back I sent them back USPS with the tracking number and I know that it was delivered there. You can have the order number or the RMA number nothing helps on the telephone. I think the system is designed to keep your money. Well it worked. I wouldn't buy another part for them ever again.
Do not buy with these people they are scammers. Making a claim with them is quite a process. Respond when they feel like telling you there is no refund if you make excuses. Avoid having this problem, do not buy with them if you do not have a headache.
In my case, I claim for 2 pieces that I paid for and they say that there are 2 in that package, as you can see in the video it is only 1
I ordered an item recently from this business. First it was shipped to the wrong address, fine, my mistake. The same day I requested the address changed and I was bluntly denied any attempt to accommodate my simple request.
I finally got my hands on the item. Took it out of the box, and it was broken. The part was listed as new, but it had parts snapped off. Clear signs someone had damaged it. This business runs multiple websites for different car manufacturers, they drop ship items directly from the manufacturer and jack the prices up as the middleman. Their return policy is specifically written to prevent you from being able to return ANYTHING that is damaged, missing parts etc. If you do try to return something they are terse and unhelpful. You would think a company that doesn't manufacture, ship, or store the products they sell could afford to be more helpful. But no. It's designed to get your money and keep it.
Avoid them at all costs, you can do better elsewhere.
This is the business model: they say everything is "in stock", at the end of the day they source all the parts from dealerships across the country, negotiate a lower price, drop ship to you... Remove the middleman, and call the dealership's in your area. Negotiate your own discount using their price.
Notice you can't review on their website? That's because its a scam, you have been warned.
Do not trust this site. I paid 61.00 for overnight shipping on a 41.00 part. Supposedly the part was in stock. Then I go to my account and delivery was 3-4 days out. They refuse to give the shipping fee back. I hope future customers read this. BEWARE
They a bunch of thieves and crooks. They accept basically no returns, look at their policy. I tried to return something I never even opened up and they denied it instantly via email b/c it was technically electrical (crank shaft position sensor). In other words, it used electricity like half the components in a car.
I called them and they folded and made a special exception to take it back with $10 return shipping + 20% restocking fee and also it must pass inspection otherwise I won't get my refund and they will keep the item unless I pay another $10 to have it returned within a 14 day window. By the way, the item weighs about 2 ounces.
If everything goes perfectly, I'll take a 75% loss on a $42 item. If they don't accept the item, I'll have $80+ part I'll never need or use. Which is about 4-5x the cost of a non Nissan version.
I was pretty skeptical of this site based on all these awful reviews. I only needed a handful of clips for my Datsun 620. I found the part number, saw they were still available, and took a chance on ordering them. I used PayPal to pay so if I got screwed, I had something to fall back on to get my money back.
A couple days after purchase, I got the shipping notification, and they arrived today in the mail exactly as I expected. I would probably buy again.
For all the bad reviews, since this site appears to be a broker, for all intents and purposes, it's very possible the dealers they're buying from aren't real careful in reading, or that whoever is placing the orders is not doing a good job relaying what was ordered. There's always the chance people buying parts don't know what they actually need as well, then complain when it's wrong.
I ordered a part, which is now 5 days late. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until now to contact them. Their answer was that I should. Call the post office. Not that they would check on it. Not "I'm sorry. Let me see what we can do." Nope. I should call the post office. I will never order from them again, and I am telling everyone I know not to ever use them.
I ordered the black badging letters for my 2022 pathfinder and they were straight from Nissan manufacturing. They are awesome! So easy to put on and look great.
I ordered $1500. 00 worth of after factory add ons. This site clearly noted the inserts would fit our car. They did not. I followed the return policy and even returned a part they sent by mistake. It has been 4 months and they still haven't completed the return. Buyer Beware!
Answer: First thing they do is hang up on you, then you call back and they hang up again. Not easy is the short answer, and when you finally talk to the "manager" he talks over you and basically tells you to F off.
Answer: Cause I was lookin for a cheaper part than the dealer, but instead ended up paying for that wrong decision.
Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM NissanPartsDeal It's a terrible company and you will lose money.
