Was sent a used fuel pump and now they want 20% restocking fee plus pay for return shipping. Sent pictures as opened resealed box was in a ziplock bag to hide gas smell. No caps on the pump and not wrapped as nissan ships parts

extremely poor customer service, sells used parts want to charge restocking fees for used parts... this part may have been sold multiple times to poor people?
