I was having trouble finding the part I needed, so I asked for help. When customer service replied, they gave me the wrong part, as I found out later. So I requested their RMA so I could return it, but I was told that I could not because it was an electrical part. Thieves and dishonest I say!

We financed a water machine from this company about 2 years ago, but it has been hell ever since because of the "lien" they placed on our property. Their sales man that came to our home never explained or mentioned this to us, and because of that we have had "bad credit." They do not want to remove the lien on our property until we finish paying it off, so this means that we will have bad credit for another four years!

My reservation is nearly a month away, but after I tried to cancel; I was told no way for a refund! So obviously their system is set up to rip people off!
