I ordered new hardware for the step rails for our Frontier. I was sent the wrong size parts and this company will not take a return. They said that I didn't put in the vin number to our truck when I ordered the parts and that the individual items are less than 8 dollars.
Stay away from this company. They will not do the right thing.
After further review, it was confirmed that a VIN number was not used when ordering to verify if the hardware was correct; Unfortunately, we are unable to create replacements for different part numbers at this time, a new order must be made.
