My wife bought me a Lions hoodie for Christmas. Washed it one lousy time and half the vinyl came off. Mind you I have Lions hoodies that are 20 years old that have held up with no issues. This was very thin material and not good industry standard scissor vinyl. Don't waste your money.

I wish I would have read the reviews! Ordered a Panthers golf bag on 12/10 for a Christmas gift. Here it is 12/28 and still no bag! Tracking showed originally the estimated delivery was by 12/20 by 9:00 pm. Since then, the date just changes to the next day! Now it's showing 12/28 by 9 PM. I guess it will be changed around 8:00 tonight to show 12/29 by 9 PM! Hell, I could have made my own by now! Or ordered it directly from China! And one other thing, I can't find a phone number to call on their site!
I ordered on Dec 14th and was shown a delivery date of Dec 18th, I tracked my package on Dec 18th and all it said was in transit, no new date was shown, its now Dec 24th and still no new delivery date, still says in transit, I know Dec is a busy month but so did they when they gave me a Dec 18th delivery date, I've ordered items shipped from China after Dec 14th and have already gotten those items so I'm a little confused and wish I could get some kind of update instead of seeing "in transit"
Worst business to buy products from. They do not hold up their end of the deal when paying extra to ensure item is available before Christmas. I have bought several items in the past and every single time they do not ship item out in timely manner and never delivered on the original estimated date range supplied when shopping. It sits in the store forever in transit status before it is shipped out to the delivery service used. I was hoping this time would be different by selecting the option to guarantee delivery before Christmas. Needless to say, that was WRONG! To me that was a scam to collect extra money and not deliver! Not only that but now the delivery time is expected for 12/29 which is AFTER the guaranteed date set for 12/19-12/20 for an order placed on 12/17. They will not even refund and cancel bc they claim the items are already shipped but when a lable has been printed for UPS it means it is still in NFLshop.com facility still. They also charge you $9.99 for a refund of the item to be shipped back. You can get an ecard refund for free but why after all this, would I ever want to buy anything from them again and get an e-card? Another scam and not take responsibility for thier inadequate service!

After waiting 3 weeks with a "shipped status" showing in my email confirmation I found out the order-my grandson's Christmas present was out of stock and not coming. Customer service was helpful only to the point of telling me that the item was out of stock- and I was out of luck.
Absolutely unacceptable! I kept requesting shipping info updates and kept getting the same answer- it's been shipped- contact the shipper-UPS, only to find out the UPS had never received the order. If they'd only let me know it was out of stock I could have found something else. Crappy company!
Long story short, I ordered a custom jersey on Nov 17th. Promise date to be delivered was Dec 20th. My order is still "Processing". I've called multiple times to try to get answers on why my order wasn't being made. NFL shop took no responsibility, they blamed the "3rd party warehouse" that makes it for them. I spoke with someone today and she told me "They always ship out late". WHAT!? So if NFL shop is aware that they ship late. WHY would they make a "promise date". I'm so frustrated. My order is lost. But they were so quick to take my money. NEVER ORDERING WITH THEM AGAIN
Ordered a custom jersey as a xmas gift for my son in a size M. Arrived in M packaging but an XXL jersey. How this giant discrepancy was made is baffling. Called to have the order redone and expedited, was told no problem and I received a confirmation of the new order. Next day order is canceled and I'm being told the product was oversold and is now out of stock. GREAT. Thanks for ruining the gift my son would be most excited about.

I should have known better than to order from them after what happened last year. Last year, they messed up both of my orders. They sent me two of the wrong things. This year, I tried again, against my better judgement. First, I was told my order was shipped and would arrive by December 10th. That day came and when, and when I went to track my order, it said an order label hasn't been created yet, even though I got the confirmation that my order had been shipped. When I called to ask about it, I was told my order got lost and they would sent me a replacement. I then received my order with missing pieces and had to call again to get another replacement. This order is going to come late. Their customer service is fantastic, but the company itself is horribly disorganized

I order a jacket for my boyfriend for Christmas, site said 3-7 days. Came weeks after. BUT TO NO AVAIL NOT THE JACKET I ORDERED! It was supposed to be the one with the helmet on it! They had weeks to get it right! I'm extremely upset about this! Total rip off! Then the quality of the jacket looks like u can purchase it off a rack in a grocery store
I ordered a Miami Dolphins jersey. The price was $125. There was a discount of 25% offered with the correct code. When I applied the code it said it was not applicable. The jersey was not on sale so it should apply. There was no minimum or specific requirements listed. When I received the jersey it had a price tag of $120. So they overcharge and offer a fake discount. I should have looked at their terrible rating before ordering. Never again.
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service with nfl.com. I ordered a sweater for my husband for Christmas. It was listing as in stock and that it would be delivered before Christmas. I called customer service and will not do anything to help. They say my order will be processed and ready to ship on the 18th but they will not use faster shipping to ensure I get it in time for the holiday. Will never be ordering from this website again.
Ordered 4 hats in October, received 2 (TB and Chargers) fairly quickly and now it is December and still don't have the other 2 hats. Tracking says delivered yet didn't receive them. Ordered two sweatshirts, also says delivered for both but didn't receive either and then received a modest refund of $60 for and $85 item.
