BUYERS BEWARE! After receiving 1 item from NFL Shop back in Nov, 2024. I returned it within 1 week, I'm still waiting for my refund of $168 and it's March 1st! Finding their customer service number is a joke. They make it so difficult to find. Then when you do get a CSR you can't understand them! FRUSTRATING! It's a simple return… they told me 2 months ago I'll receive my refund within 72 hrs. Still no refund. Called today, told me the same BS… DO NOT ORDER FROM NFLSHOP.COM! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! 🤬
This is not the best NFL shop I have ever faced,cause prices are higher than usual and delivery is slower. I mean, no, the delivery was on time but it's a slow one, almsot a month
Jersey is very poor quality. $149.00 mahomes superbowl jersey arrived wrinkled with a black mark on it. I'm scared to return it because of the reviews on others experiences with that. Paid $6.99 for faster shipping and it still arrived later than the free shipping quoted. Would not recommend using this site.
I must have 6 Philadelphia Eagles Jersies now, all have the Eagles logo on each sleeve, both black and green. I received my new black S. Barkley jersey today, and probably in an effort to keep cost down, they purpously left the Eagles logo off the sleeves, or in a rush to get made, someone forgot them.
What a "ripoff" and for the same price as the green ones too.
Never again will buy from this company.

I tried to return a sweatshirt that was 3 sizes too big. After spending 10 minutes with the automated chat, I asked to speak to a person. I've been on hold for 10 minutes now. I will never order anything from NFLShops again
Needed to exchange sizes but they don't accept exchanges. So they told us to return the jerseys, order new ones, and they would credit the credit card to adjust for the black Friday sale price. Well, they never credited us back even with the chat log as evidence. We ended up returning the 2nd set of jerseys, paying the shipping and tax which was somehow not refundable. Not sure how that is even legal for them to collect taxes on items that were not even kept.
I will probably never order from here again. I placed an order, Once they confirmed it with me, the price of one of my items cost more. Next thing I know my delivery dates changed. Now the dates do not work for me as I will be out of town for a few weeks with packages left outside for a few weeks. So one of my items were still in progress so I tried calling to at least cancel that one. There was no option to talk to a human, and I was informed that the item could not be cancelled Why, it was still in progress and hasnt shipped! So it looks like I will be out almost a $100.00 dollars Will find other sites to order my NFL items through,
I ordered a jersey for my boyfriend on December 1st and received an email stating it shipped on December 6th. It's now December 17th, and after multiple calls regarding the package's whereabouts, I had to request a refund. Each time I called, I was reassured that the package was on the way, which turned out to be false(Shocker.). After being promised a resend and expedited shipping if I called back on December 17th, I was met with the news that the jersey was out of stock(not at all shocking after sundays game… GO BIRDS!)
To make matters worse, when I called today, the first customer service representative hung up on me after I asked to speak with a supervisor. This situation feels sketchy, and I can't shake the feeling that something is off. Either they're moving money around or just couldn't care less what is happening. I'm determined to get to the bottom of this and will explore options, including a potential class action lawsuit if necessary. I will find a resolution. If anyone has similar stories please feel free to share. This company is TRASH!
I cancelled a $1281.00 order that never shipped.14 business days later and still no refund! Customer service over the phone and via chat function only reiterates that the refund is "pending" and not to worry. The person I last interacted with on the chat function was irritated because he was apparently the same person who had previously told me not to worry. I paid $1181.00 on NFL credit card and $100 on an NFL gift card and I've got nothing to show for it except frustration.
Ordered a Christmas gift Nov. 6th, now Dec. 18th the item is nowhere and or course out of stock. Look at the reviews, this company needs to go!
You can't track your package properly the site is always down, just use Fanatics directly I've never had a problem there. I'll never use nfl shop again you can't contact customer service either they want everything done with messaging on their website but they never answer. Its not worth the hassle,,,,never again!
I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. Was very excited to gift this jersey to my father. When I opened the package and held up the jersey I was disappointed to see that it was very thin and the letters on the back were completely slanted and crooked. Looked completely fake. A $130 jersey should not look or feel like this did.

I paid for two business days shipping, and two business days had gone by and NOTHING. No email, no shirt, no text. I go and look at my order status and it stated it was going to take another NINE MORE DAYS on top of the THREE days I have been waiting. I received ZERO emails about how it was going to take longer than I paid for. I tried to call their phone number and I couldn't even speak to an actual person, it was only an automated system. Extremely unhelpful. As I am writing this I am waiting for a service specialist to join their online chat, its been ten minutes and still no one has helped me. Overall I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone using the NFL shop for any gifts or items for themselves.
I am very disappointed in the iron on numbers and Custom name ( Which I may add is much smaller/ Thinner than what is shown on the web site.) I spent $189.00 ( yes I know, sucker) having a hard time with this. The jersey doesn't feel or look like its worth 50.00
I ordered a full-size Philadelphia Eagles helmet off a NFL shop Facebook add. They took my money, but never delivered the helmet. Sent an email that said it was delivered and I should check with my neighbors, blah blah. I checked the tracking numbers with USPS, the tracking number came back as invalid. Nothing but dissatisfaction! STAY AWAY!
I ordered 2 KC shirts, 1 on my VISA, 1 on my debit. The debit one I never received! There is no way to contact a live person for refund. They give you 45 days to file dispute over undelivered merchandise, but then they say you have NO orders to track. Absolute RIP OFF of my money!
Website claims "Worry Free" Returns. But when I started my return it charges $9.99 if you want a refund. NEVER AGAIN will I shop here. What a joke. My son bought shorts for his Dad, with his own money. I tried to have him order from another store that I know can be trusted but he really wanted to buy these shorts. Now he is learning a hard lesson at a young age about corrupt business.

Ordered a jersey for the start of football season (week 1) and as of November they say it'll come in December (so optimistically week 14 out of 18). Then they offer "discounts" by way of an apology, trying to get you to spend more money when your original order is still missing in action. Go anywhere else.
