Purchased jersey and needed it right away so had it priority shipped. They don't tell you that it takes them 2 days to process your order. It's websites like this that make Amazon so successful.
Update - NFLshop.com was kind enough to credit my account for the expedited shipping. I certainly appreciate it.
Long story short, paid extra for 2 business day shipping and took 7 business days. Paid $100 for a Malcolm Butler jersey that is not acceptable quality. Not even stitched on. It was IRONED! For "NFL" shop you figured you'd get what the players are wearing. And still no email back from customer service about a refund on shipping. I'll take the jersey and the loss. Doesn't seem worth the headache after reading most of these other reviews. Will not be buying from here again.

I ordered a jersey for an upcoming eagles game. Shipping time said 3 to 7 business days. No big deal. I check today and it was arriving September 28th. Never would have ordered if it stated it would take 2 weeks to receive your order. Gave nfl a second chance after getting hit with a previous 9.99 return fee. Unacceptable
They have all the correct words and plaster photos all over the web site which makes them look professional. They are not! Please read reviews before you waste your time and money. I ordered two tees the day after the play off games. I paid for quick shipping. I called daily to follow up. My shirt arrived the day AFTER SUPER BOWL 50. And now they want $5.50 to take it back! Shirt was promised to ship on 2/2 and shipped on 2/6. I am hoping that people read this and stop before they enter the web site. Unfortunately the page itself shows a high rating. Not sure where this comes from? Must be the retailer themselves or they have paid for it.

Do NOT shop here. Absolute worst experience ever. I placed an order on November 20. The other shipped the 23. Finally today I get an answer that the package is assumed lost. And sorry, all my items are out of stock. I understand things happen beyond our control, but this was a large order that was for Christmas. Very poor customer service throughout this process! Now my boys will be left with very little on Christmas. Was told sorry we cant do anything.
I have to say. The NFLshop.com is one of the worst on line companies I have ever deal with. I ordered a personalized jersey for my daughter for Christmas. Quite expensive! I understood there were no returns allowed, so I followed the provided sizing chart carefully and as suggested ordered one size larger. When We receive it, it looked more like a childs medium than a women's medium. She could not even get the shirt on, and she always wears a women's small or extra small? I sent them an email. Their response. No returns. Here's a $30 credit? On a $140 shirt... WOW... Do yourself a favor and purchase your goods elsewhere!

Shirt that I originally ordered did not fit but I would have to pay shipping to have it sent back so we opted for complete refund and a gift card. Second shirt arrived and fits but there's a hole in it. A few years ago I was very disappointed and told myself I would not shop from here again. I gave in this Christmas - shame on me.

I ordered a jersey for Father's Day. When I received it folded up inside a BAG, the numbers were all creased up and there was glue residue all over the number on the back. Unacceptable on an almost $200 Jersey. So customer service sent out another. They chose to use Lasership to ship the product. On the day for delivery, the driver whom NEVER showed up, marks it as attempted to deliver. After reading reviews, I will probably never receive my package. I am utterly disgusted with the customer service of your company. Never again will I order from you. And I will spread the word to anyone that will listen. Might I add there is no way to contact a human being at Lasership to get any type of help. Horrible experience overall, completely dissatisfied.

Paid 23.99+tax for a hat that was too big so returned it after reading "free returns" on the website. A couple days later I was refunded only 15.50 and was told that even though shipping is free on returns they charge 9.99 for a "return label". They must think their customers are pretty stupid advertising free returns and then deducting 10 bucks behind their backs. Needless to say I was refunded only about 60% of the purchase price and will be buying my NFL merchandise elsewhere in the future!

508 1 star reviews pretty much says it all. What comes around goes around I hope. Can't believe that the NFL actually endorses this site... oh wait, now that I think about that I guess I'm not surprised. Add your name and email to this post, I'm certain there is an attorney out there waiting for an opportunity to put together a class-action suit.
Make sure you read all the details of a return. You have to pay $9.99 to "print out a label" if you need to return anything. It cost me $9 just to return something and that was with me doing an online credit. If I had wanted my money back it would have cost me about $19. That's insane considering I can do free returns all day long through Amazon. My bad for not reading but this will be my last order because we all know sizes vary and I'm not gambling $19 on finding out.
Bought an AFC championship shirt. Paper thin material and way too big. Return order item using the web page, was surprised to see that there was a $9.99 fee for me to use the return label it generated. Pretty sure I could have mailed it back for substantially less.

I wish I would have read the reviews! Ordered a Panthers golf bag on 12/10 for a Christmas gift. Here it is 12/28 and still no bag! Tracking showed originally the estimated delivery was by 12/20 by 9:00 pm. Since then, the date just changes to the next day! Now it's showing 12/28 by 9 PM. I guess it will be changed around 8:00 tonight to show 12/29 by 9 PM! Hell, I could have made my own by now! Or ordered it directly from China! And one other thing, I can't find a phone number to call on their site!
I should have read the reviews before ordering from this website. They are very deceiving with their shipping times. They indicate it's 3-7 business days and then after you have paid for your order they give you a completely different deliver date. Now I'm getting my order after Christmas. I chatted with the live chat and mid conversation they left and I was unable to write any further messages. Horrible customer service!

I should have read this site before placing an order with the company out of Shanghai. Placed my order, money was transferred but no confirmation e-mail and no responses to multiple e-mails regarding this order. Do yourself a favor and avoid this website like the plague!

It been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting on my refund. Firstly they don't pay for shipping when I purchased the item, secondly, they don't so prepaid shipping for international customer. I paid a little extra and registered my shipment for returned. Received an email from Canada post over a week ago that the warehouse has received my package. Yet, still no update, no confirmation for a refund. I was really wanting to replace the jersey I purchased for another size, but now I think I will just purchase elsewhere. Consumers beware! There's are many other places that will pay for shipping and returns are hassle free! I am an un satisfied customer and will never shop on this website again. The wait time for a refund is absolutely ridiculous!

I ordered the Kansas City Chiefs Pat Mahomes Superbowl jersey the day they won this year. I received it just last week. I tried to return it due to the cheap quality and was told it's unreasonable. Website says return within 90 days of receiving merchandise. Not so. Don't waste your money. It's compatible to a cheap made in China junky knock off. Superbowl "patch" is a piece of plastic sewn.
For people considering making a purchase from this website I would recommend going with a different website. They have poor quality product for high prices. They will fall apart around the 30 day mark which is when their return policy ends and they won't have any interest in helping their customers out.

The quality was horrible it looked like it was pilling when I received it. It looks like the screen print dried with a bunch of lint. The sizing is also off it's huge. Very unhappy with my purchase and because it was a custom I cannot return. DO BETTER NFL. $45 for a shirt that is ill fitting and badly printed just so you can make money before the Super Bowl. DO NOT BUY THE CUSTOM SHIRTS THEY ARE TRASH QUALITY.
