You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 90 days from your item's ship date", yet they refused to let me return an item after 40 days. An agent agreed to allow me to return for credit, then another agent refused. They are deceitful on their website and then back out of an agreement. I will avoid this company from now on
The absolute worst website, user experience, and customer service of any company I have ever interacted with. Buy your fan gear from literally anyone else. I'd gladly wear knock gear before giving them my business again.

I just purchased a new Packers sideline hat. I own no less than 15 New Era 39/30 hats. This one arrived and it fits over my ears and half way down them! WTF? No reviews on the NFL.CA page so buyer beware. Also note, none of the advertised free shipping or 20% off codes work. $65.00 Canadian for a hat that's garbage!
One Order FOUR charges on my credit card! Website also said spend $59 get free two day shipping. Charged me 4.99 and 7 day shipping. No customer service other than Chat that doesn't respond. All very shady. I used them in past no issues. Something has changed

7-10 days for shipping huh?! Been three weeks still have yet to receive my items. Need to get a hold of someone there to find out why your stuff isn't here? Good luck! Do yourself a favor and buy off Amazon or eBay. Better selection and individual sellers rely on good feedback from customers so they are more likely to get you your stuff in a timely manner. I just hope I get what I ordered because I'm sure returning an item will be an even bigger pain. I will NEVER shop at nflshop.com again!
I ordered a Salute to Service hoodie on October 1st, anticipating that I would be able to show my team spirit and celebrate my own military service, as well as that of countless others, by Veterans Day. Wrong. I got an update saying it was delayed until a week after Veterans Day. Okay. These things happen. I checked the status again today, and now it's delayed until a week before Christmas. Will I get it before springtime when I won't need it? Who knows, because online agents are perpetually busy helping other customers and there is no phone number to talk to a real person. I get that these are difficult times for the supply chain, but if you can't deliver, don't offer me your product. I gave two stars, as previous orders have been pretty seamless. This is pretty disappointing, though.

I ordered my husband a jersey on Nov 30. Payment came out successfully. Have yet to receive any sort of confirmation email that it has been sent out (this is supposed to be a Christmas present, mind you.) Customer service tells me that not only is my order number 'not consistent with their system' (which seems to be their standard line, reading their responses on here. Seems fishy they would send out a number & then claim it isn't how they do things.) Then I'm told that I need to wait a few more days to see if it processes. It's incredibly frustrating, and absurd, that an item ordered 2 weeks ago still hasn't been shipped, especially considering I paid $15 for shipping.

I recieved a Nike t shirt (first mistake) from this online merchant. Nike Essential Legend Performance T-Shirt along with other shirts of the same size. All fit well except this one, too tight. Would have been ok but the rubber iron on logo was put too high on chest near the crew neck collar. The tight fit causes perspiration and discomfort. It also looks pretty goofy and knock off like. In order to return this $40 dollar product there is a 25% return free or $9.99. Crap product crap return policy. Their site doesn't even have a way to rate the product or appeal the additional charge.

I have never had such a horrible experience ordering online! Keep your money and go somewhere else! I paid for faster shipping, didn't happen. They cancelled half of my order. 6 days after I was suppose to be receiving it. Still haven't seen my order!
I purchased two LED light up scarves and one of them failed after the 60 days and now they won't do anything about it. The scarf has electronics inside so must be worth a 1 year warranty alone. The scarf is incomplete without the LEDs.
I don't want to return it, just have it replaced.
Filing a general consumer complaint, but not sure it will help me much, we shall see.

Tried to buy some shirts for game day at the stadium 2 weeks ahead of time. They kept pushing back the shipping date. Now it won't arrive in time. There are plenty of sites that can ship fast. These guys can't. Don't waste your time.
I ordered a jersey on 12/8/15 and was told today the item will be picked up 12/16/15 by Fed Ex Smart Post. Since it will then go through the USPS it most likely will not be delivered by Christmas. Good luck trying to get NFL shop customer service. I have been on hold with live Chat for over 15 minutes. I do not recommend this company. Don't waste your time or money. Not worth the aggravation.

Since you chose the free standard shipping option, that takes 3-7 business days to be delivered, and you should have it by December 23rd. Our son purchased a hoodie in October for his dad's Christmas present. He ordered XL since that's what my husband wears. Christmas day he opened his present, tried it on and it's too small. Can't zip. We tried repeatedly to return the item since everywhere says 90 day return. Finally found where it states Manufacture Direct items only have 30 days. Would be nice to know [1] if sizes are true or run smaller / larger than normal and [2] it stated on the item it only qualified for 30 not 90 day return instead of discovering that later when trying to do a return. So no they won't let us return it and don't offer exchanges. They should stick to only selling items they have control over and can be returned within their 90 day policy.

If I could rate zero, I would. Placed an order, product in stock to ship within 3-7 days Received email with expected delivery. Following that order stayed in processing status for 10 days even though live on the web it said it was going to be delivered on time (birthday present). When i called they couldn't explain the issue, could not expedite, could not help. Offered me to cancel… but the whole point is I want my order processed and shipped. Evidently no one had authorization to expedite or even figure the problem out. Extremely disappointed with NFL shop.
You guys purposely ship the lowest possible way and your packages then get lost. I am shocked the nfl or anyone would do business with such a terrible company. I've called 5 times today no one helped or care to help. They lost $350 worth of stuff and just basically told us we're out of luck AND now it's all out of stock! I would rather sow a jersey by hang then order anything from this pathetic company. Do better.

NFL promise me delivery within 3 business days and still nothing. Called customer service and she said it I don't receive it by tomorrow, I shall receive $ 65.00 back. Ordered a $35 hat, didn't fit. Unless I want to get credit in a gift card that must be spent at NFL Shop, they charge a $9.99 return fee. I'm pretty good about reading terms and conditions but did not see this before ordering.
