Shipping Delay…

I purchased a custom Nike Vapor Elite jersey on 01/03/2023. The estimated shipping date was 01/20/2023. That shipping date came and went without my order status having ever been updated from "Processing". I called Customer Service on 02/03/2023; one month to the date of my order placement. I spoke with a representative and, as they're trained, they apologized for the inconvenience, they understood how frustrating this delay may be, blah blah blah. I was told there was a delay with the warehouse and provided a new shipping date of 02/16/2023 with an estimated delivery date of "no later than 02/27/2023". They also emailed me a coupon for a percentage off my next order. I said I won't even consider ordering a second item until I receive the first item I paid for a month earlier. Now, you guessed it, I'm writing this review because 02/16/2023 has come and gone and I never received notice of my item being shipped. I called Customer Service today, 02/17/2023, and was again met with the same showering of apologies for this inconvenience spiel. Again, it's a warehouse delay and I'll be getting an email with my new shipping date. They offered a partial refund, which I accepted. I will not be canceling my order, all I want is my jersey. Instead I'm met with shipping date after shipping date, which essentially are blatant lies, as I was told there is no ETA on a solution to my items's warehouse delay. I'll just keep being given false shipping dates simply to placate me and provided scripted sympathies followed by pitied reimbursements for my troubles. I guarantee if there is a response to this review, it will be much of the same from their scripted middle-men hired, not to solve your problems, but to offer empty apologies and show their sympathy through coupon codes and partial refunds. After nearly two months of waiting (certainly expecting it to continue into 3-4 months at the very least), my money having been taken, and without anything to show for it, please, don't tell me you're sorry for the inconvenience or how you understand my frustration. Just send me my order. The funny thing is, if there is any humor to be found amidst this insanity, they are STILL accepting orders on this very same item for which they know is experiencing a drastic warehouse delay! I guess if they pulled items experiencing delays from future order availability, they wouldn't have anything left to sell.

Less than 1 star if I could...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered two items and paid $24.95 for shipping (next day delivery) and then was told the following information the next day when I reached out to customer service:
1. The Website Advises you on shipping dates - Incorrect - the website shows me the item will ship in 1 business day without paying any additional money -- I paid 24 $ for the next day
2. I am not able to get a refund - policy on the website states it differently
3. Customer Service agent had horrible grammar

Gotcha, I would say this is not an inconvenience but a rather a bait and switch. The website clearly states the product will ship in 1 buisness day ( did just now when I added it to my cart). The item also states on your site it is "available and ready to ship", which I'm sure you see when you looked it up as well. There is an option at the post office, fed ex and ups for overnight shipping, which is what I paid for

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I highly recommend going with Amazon, or websites from actual trustworthy stores like Target, Macys, Walmart, etc. with legitimate return policies that make sense.
I bought a hat for $27.99 it arrived and I did not like how it fit me. Now I am trying to return it and get my money back but apparently there is a sale that has been going on which makes the price of this hat now about $21 dlls. Which shouldn't matter. If I bought it for $27.99 and it did not fit as expected, and I am returning it within the return time frame, I should be able to get ALL of my money back. When I saw how much my refund would be it said $21 MINUS A CHARGE OF $10 FOR SHIPPING. In total I would only receive about $12.84 dlls back if I want it refunded to my original payment which is ridiculous! They give me the option to refund my money back to an E-gift card which would waive the shipping cost and would bring my refund up to $22.83 but 1) Why would I want a gift card from a webpage I DO NOT want to spend one more cent on? And 2) It is not even the original amount I payed.

This "sale" has a timer on the webpage that says how much time left until the sale ends. It said about 8hrs so I put a timer on my phone and waited until the sale was over and the hat went back to the normal price of $27.99. When the timer was over, ANOTHER sale started of another 23hrs. I waited again, and ANOTHER sale began of ANOTHER 23hrs. This has been going on for 4 days now. SHAAAADY! I am convinced this will go on until I miss the return time frame.

I tried the "help" option, the "chat" option and even the phone number. All of these options provided terrible, mediocre, non-human customer service. They are just interested in taking our money.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM NFLSHOP.COM. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Completely Degraded, Disrespected and Harassed

My wife decided to do something nice and ordered her and myself a jersey, as well as a couple items for our baby daughter. The order was split into 3 different shipments with the first one estimated to arrive 10/4/2021. This is where the disrespected customer mistreatment and harassment starts. We received the notice that the first package has been delivered, this is when we noticed that the website first cut off half of our address, so this leads to our package having been delivered to a wrong house. We called customer service to rectify the issue and received the run around from the first customer service agent we spoke with, we got their supervisor who was quite a bit nicer and explained what the process was and helped us get our package replaced. In the meantime my wife emailed the customer service email and received a call back within about 15 minutes. Cool they are on the ball! Not the case.

This is where the degrading, disrespect and harassment starts. The customer service agent instead of trying to resolve the issue tells my wife she needs to go to the house our package was delivered to and get it from them. This is not a practice that should ever be told to a customer. They then said it was signed for and called the person who had signed for it. (red flags) Whenever I have signed for a package either for a business or personal packages I have never been asked for a phone number. They called this person and had my wife on a three way call and the guy started calling my wife fat and that he was using the jersey to patch a hole in the roof of his house or his car, saying my wife was too fat to even walk across the street. I got on the phone to try and see if I could resolve the issue and it was implied that I was drunk and told to have another drink and walk back across 8 mile Eminem. (at this point this is the first time I heard the words this recording has been erased). We got this operators "supervisor" who sounded sincere enough to try to help. The first gentlemen kept chiming in and interrupting the conversation. During the conversation as my wife was trying to work with this "supervisor" she heard "this recording has been deleted", this was deletion number 2 of this conversation. This "supervisor" finally gave my wife a website to go to to help resolve our issue and stated there was a verification she had to go through. As she started this verification it became very evident this was an inappropriate website and it just kept get worse and showing sexual acts as well as naked men. The final screen was even worse for what it had said which cannot be repeated in this review. Once she got to the end and repeated what the end screen had said she heard herself in the background on a loop. Before the call ended the guy she was dealing with said that he didn't live far away and that he should stop by our house. This brought tears to her eyes and ended the call. These people called back 4 times after that at which point I told them they are now harassing us and I am calling the police.

If this is truly a reputable company then why treat your customers this way? The way we were treated is beyond unprofessional on a level that I never thought was possible. Please do not order from this company. They do not treat their customers with any respect or dignity.

They sent me the wrong jersey not once but twice…

So I ordered me a new Aaron Rodgers Nike green captain NFL vapor jersey a few weeks back as I needed a new one cause the one I bought back from 2015 has finally started to look worn down and the stitching on the numbers was starting to come undone. The jersey got delivered last Thursday and when I opened it it was the wrong size and the jersey didn't have the captain patch on it. I called NFL shop and they told me some BS that sometimes whatever warehouse the jersey is coming from they don't really check what they are sending out and what was ordered and I'm like what kind of BS is that?!?! When a customer orders something they expect what they ordered and what they paid for. I mean wrong size and no captain patch? I specifically ordered the Aaron Rodgers jersey with the captain patch not one without one. So I started the return process and ordered another one over the phone and I told the guy I want the one WITH THE CAPTAIN PATCH and he said sure no problem will inform the warehouse. The guy over the phone said since they made a mistake he will have overnight delivery for my order and should arrive on Saturday. So Saturday comes along I check my nflshop account and my order has been cancelled. I was irate. So I called them again asking why it was cancelled and once again they come up with some BS and couldn't give me a explanation on what happened. Also the first refund I got back in the exact amount dollars but on the 2nd one I only got refunded back $116 dollars on a $150 dollar jersey with tax and all that $170 and only got back $116? Wtf kind of crap is that? Anyways so since the 2nd one got cancelled I went ahead and ordered another one online on that Saturday. The jersey just came in and once again the jersey is without a captain patch. It was the right size but NO CAPTAIN PATCH not what I ordered again. So 3x in 2 weeks NFLSHOP messes up my order. What's the point of having something for sale which specifically says Aaron Rodgers CAPTAIN vapor jersey and not send out what I ordered? I will never do business with NFLSHOP ever again. These guys are a bunch of frauds and will never get another dime from me with their fake advertising.

So we used to order our hats with a company called fanatics, until two years in a row we never received package, and no refund, I swore I would never order from them again. I wrote a review and blocked there page. So the hubby found hoodie's for him and his father, he said "I'm ordering threw the NFL shop they shouldn't be as messed up as FANATICS." He ordered and paid extra for shipping. Package tracking said delivery today, when it didn't come I got on the phone first with Laser Ship (that's a whole other story another never ever,) FANATICS got me first! They never said laser ship would be delivering, until after we paid and received tracking number, I should have know then., but I thought I'll call them, when I looked up the order I saw it! Nice and little under NFL shop logo (a Fanatics co) man I felt like I got hit in gut. NOT AGAIN... it was such a disaster dealing with both co. That I stopped any online orders all year, I didn't want the headache, but they got me, now I know read all the little stuff(I knew this! Never thought it was same co) and Google companies affiliated with FANATICS, if they even are next to a page that says FANATICS RUN RUN don't order, don't pay extra shipping if you do order, DON'T rely on your order for any major event, Bday, Xmas, Fathers, I don't know if I would even try ordering a year early I'm still waiting on last years, they did send some nice Xmas ornaments that I never ordered I got them over the summer, no joke. Please please share your experience about this maybe if enough people complain NFL will not go through this co. They never used to. I hope y'all get your packages in time, I know we won't now, so kids bday tomorrow no package! And maybe my father in law Xmas may get here in time but I'm not counting on it. I'm more mad at myself I should have looked, but for anyone who has not ordered from them DON'T save money and go buy in person or find any co NOT affiliated with FANATICS. RUINED CHRISTMAS!

I ordered customized Dallas jersey on Dec. 18th from Nfl shop because it said delivery in 3 days. I paid $169.00 for the jersey and $15.95 for shipping. It was my husband's MAIN Christmas present. On Christmas eve evening... no package! I had to run out and get him something else in it's place to open because I feel so bad. DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS it arrives. Nice jersey but lettering was TERRIBLE! It's size 3x with teeny tiny lettering! My husband didn't want to rude about his gift until I told him how much I paid! I called customer service immediately and they said because it's custom made, unless something is wrong, there's nothing they can do! I explained that THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG! The font is so thin and TERRIBLY spaced out that it's ugly! Then I was told that my complaint has to go through corporate and I will receive a call within 3 to 5 days! Yeah like I'm supposed to believe that! And on top of it all the same exact jersey is being advertised on their website at less than half the price! I'm so disgusted that I even told the supervisor on the phone, that just kept saying "um, sorry ma'am, to f**k off! I have NEVER EVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED MAKING AN ONLINE ORDER! From beginning to end TERRIBLE! I thought using a big brand named online shop would keep me from getting ripped off but I see now reading all of these terrible reviews I was totally wrong! Oh, I forgot to mention they refunded me my shipping cost and said Sorry! Now my husband's $169.00 jersey (that I can now get on another website for $40.00) will sit in the closet for who knows how long since Nfl shop has no clue what 3-5 days means! Oh where oh where is the jersey I ordered... oh where oh where can it be?

What a poorly run company! You are wasting your money employing 400 customer service people, because they are all incompetent and have no information. I don't buy for a minute that in today's day and age of constant communication and overnight deliveries that you cannot make contact with the manufacturer or wherever this jersey is supposed to be coming from. Is it made on Mars? And you can't expedite the shipping when it is your fault that I don't have it in my hands already! Have you ever heard of FedEx? Plus, the order was placed on December 3rd --- that would have been PLENTY of time to iron on a player's name on the back of a jersey and put it in the mail!

I have tried using your chat. USELESS. I have called multiple times. Your employees are trained to lie. On Fri Dec 15 Enus told me that his supervisor Kelly was expediting the shipping (free of charge) and that I would DEFINITELY have the jersey by Christmas. "It would be on my doorstep Dec 23 or maybe even before." Well, here it is Wed Dec 20 and still no update. My order status is still PROCESSING. Where is the tracking number I was promised? Where is the call from corporate I was promised by Tianna (also a "supervisor")? Corporate was supposed to listen to my phone call with Enus. Where is the phone call I was supposed to receive from the manufacturer after another customer service person opened ticket request #******* last Thursday, Dec 14? And my order still says it will ship on or before Dec 14... well that date has come and gone!

Every other company in America is working around the clock at this time of year to ensure their customers get their items by Christmas! Many are giving free rush shipping if you order today and guaranteeing you will get it by Christmas. Not the NFLshop. I ordered this on December 3! Where is it? We once got custom jerseys at a Washington Capitals game and it took less than 10 minutes for them to put the splayers' name on the back! Now it is looking like I won't have the jersey to give to my son for Christmas. I spent $125 on this and you were quick to charge my credit card already. That you can do but to put the jersey in the mail...?

I hope you know that you will RUIN my son's Christmas if this jersey is not on my doorstep by Sat Dec 23!

Worst experience ever

My experiences with this company and its affiliates has been nothing short of horrific. 6 orders, 6 problems. Over a month of phone calls and cancelled orders right before Christmas. Way to go Fanatics, NBAstore, NFLshop, FansEdge and any other affiliates!
To start, a gift was to be sent to my home address from NFLshop. It never arrived, no one knew why but alas... on to the next order. I went online to NFLshop to order a package (purchased by me, to be sent to my address, with my billing info - all the same) and all seemed fine. I got order confirmation but nothing further there after. I went to check the tracking a few days later and found my order was refunded. I called. They gave no explanation and then proceeded to tell me my item was no longer in stock so they couldnt send it to me anyway. Great, thanks. What kind of company cancels your order and never notifies you? Or contacts you to rectify the situation. Moving on... I ordered from NBAstore a couple of days later. Same EXACT situation happens. My order is refunded and I am not notified (find out when attempting to track my package). This time when I call, the person tells me that the reason my orders keep getting cancelled is because someone attempted to send a package to my address, so the computer system automatically flags and cancels orders now to my address. WHAT? Besides the fact that the gift never came anyway, you are saying I cant have my own package sent to my own address? I ask the customer representative to please fix the issue and reorder my items, they say they cant. I have to have the person call in who was sending the gift or send my items to another address. WHAT?! So let me get this straight. You flagged my address because a package with a different billing address was sending to my address. Now you cant send me my own packages with my own billing address to my own address, I have to send them somewhere else? Which was exactly what the original issue was?! Wow, ok I dont have anymore time for games, its right before Christmas and I've already been on the phone for a combined time of 1 1/2 hr at this point between all phone calls and wait times. So I have them reorder and send to my job address (i do not receive mail at my job nor is my name on the business so you can already see where this is going). I have to demand the discount I originally had as well. Ok, order placed. Well they send my 3 items in 3 different packages through fedex smartpost. First package to arrive I am tracking and I see it is being returned to shipper. I call fed ex who directs me to call the post office. Thankfully through all this the post master (of all people) helps me by holding my package at the post office. I go there with my work ID and was able to pick up the first package. Now package number 2 is marked delivered as of yesterday and it was NOT delivered to my job (granted the mailman may have delivered to another suite, since no business name was attached I'm sure he took a wild guess- of course in trying to chase it down no one has it). Package 3 is still on the way and I have zero hopes that I will receive it. Now just to put the icing on the cake, I ordered a shirt through Fan's Edge last friday, not knowing they were all affiliated - too little too late, again using my own credit card that is billed to my home shipping address and guess what? My order is cancelled. I'm over the top disgusted with this company. I have 3 boys who's christmas presents are not coming because of the games of this company and yet no one can take responsibility and fix the issue. Oh, and the gift? They called. Told us there is nothing they can do, have it sent to another address. I would strongly advise anyone who wants to keep their sanity to stay far far away from this company and any of its subsidiaries. I will be posting this review everywhere I can. No one should have to go through this level of frustration and aggravation from a large retailer.

NFL shop WORST customer service!

I ordered from NFL. Shop in the past and had no issue. Promt deliver ect. Usually 48-72 hours. On Nov 24th I ordered an XL jacksonville jags Telvin Smith Jersey. Jalen Ramsey was sold out but my close 2nd choice. Either way, you cant order a certain sized jersey unless the size is selectable, which it was. No flame beside it, no low stock box pop up. So i ordered of course. It was black friday so i got 30% off. Now my Shipment hasnt come and the tracking still says New york. I live in Vancouver Canada. In the past my package would have been here already. So i went on the live chat to inquire. First i was told it looks like it hasnt left the wearhouse with apologies and that they will re ship it now and should be here soon. Then a couple minutes later the same agent tells me the jersey has sold out... Thats not my issue, I bought it while it was in stock. So i ask for compensation of some sort. Since ive been out of $100 bucks theyve been holding which they want to give back to me instead of sending me another player which i requested plus maybe a t shirt or hat. SOMETHING, i did nothing wrong. Its on their end. They asked me to re order...(now im $200 out out for something i havent recieved.) then i have to wait for my old transaction to be credited. (slightly inconvenient) the supervisor then took over and was very passive aggresive and when i mentioned that i would NOT use this site anymore after he refused to comprimise for THEIR mistake. He simply said thats fine... Im a small business owner who doesn make any where near the margins NFLSHOP does and when my customers accidentaly break an item they bought before leaving the store or drop ect we replace it. Or if there a upset customer for whatever reason. We give them a voucher or something. Moral is, no one EVER leaves upset. Customer first. Jeff bezos is the richest man in the world with Amazon. Guess why, if you watch any interviews he preaches that rule number one is obsess over the customers. NFL needs to step it up. Terrible customer service and no taking responsablity for THEIR mistakes. This was a gift for a family member who i see once a year and now i will not have the Jersy or the $100 most likely by then to get something else. Also, i could have gone to Jersey city which is a store in a mall where i live. I would have it by now if I did. I simply used NFL.com for convenience. But it has been anything but convenient. Terrible experience. But hey from the other reviews, seems as if they dont care at all.
