$55.00 for a very flimsy, very cheap, wrinkled up 1/4 zip pullover Jacket (HA!) Plastic iron on logos that will crack and peel after a couple of wash and dry cycles. This worthless excuse for a jacket is not worth $15 let alone the $55 I paid. What a SCAM!
I never write reviews, but this needed one. I purchased a jersey on December 22 under a promotion that stated "spend more than $65, get item by Christmas". Well, it didn't come by Christmas, which was honestly not the biggest problem, but it was false advertising. However, as of January 3, I still have not received my package and the tracking number has not updated since the day of purchase! I do further investigating, and my package was delivered to USPS without any notification to me, on December 30 and has apparently been sitting there. How was I supposed to know this? Why was it even sent there? Now I have to leave work to go to the post office in order to pick it up, provided it is still there. Why was this item not shipped to my home and in a timely manner? No other company has any problems delivering here.

My friend bought me a jersey for Christmas, but it was too small so I had to return it. I ended up having to pay for the shipping to return it, as well as the shipping on the new jersey. After washing the jersey one time the numbering is peeling. I didn't even put it in the dryer. When I chatted with them they said it was past the 90 day return policy. I would not recommend anyone buying anything from this store. If this was something under $50 I could understand, but when you spend over $100 on an item of clothing you expect it to last longer than a year at least. Don't waste your money!

Unfortunately, I found this review site too late. I should have researched this company first. On September 2, I purchased two Packers shirts for a game coming up, and the shipping said it would be here within 7-10 days when I clicked purchase. I even paid $8.99 for shipping or something ridiculous. Now, the shirts are not going to be here until September 25, which is after the game. Just a terribly unreliable company.

Bought a fitted hat that was way too big. I wear this size all the time, so know that the sizing was wrong and product was poor quality. The return policy is to charge $9.99 for the return which is absurd for an online only business. After calling and talking to a person, they did waive the return fee, but the initial shipping and handling fees were not part of the refund...so I basically paid $8 to try on a hat that didn't fit. Likely the first and last time I order through this website.

I bought the GBP personalized ear buds for my husband for Christmas & the case looks nice & I know he'll love them. It was also delivered 3 days earlier than expected. My only suggestion would be to find a way for your site to be accurate as it only shows processing but had already already received an email confirmation that the package was shipped & at the time when I received it(the package) it still showed processing. But I'm super happy with the way it looks.

I wish I had looked for reviews sooner. They refused to cancel my order when clearly it's not even being worked on yet! The shipping changed to the end of January now which is too late. When I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was put on hold and then hung up on instead. This site is a total scam!
One month later I have not received a jersey my daughter wanted. Of coarse it's over priced crap but whatever. Confusing shipping/tracking and customer service. UPS shows as shipped and coming to our local PO then it leaves and goes 6 hours east to another PO. The PO shows awaiting product to ship. And the last story I got from NFL is it was out of stock so that's why. The NFL brand is tied to this circus, you would think they would care.

I thought "NFL shop? Must be a safe bet"
After waiting 3 weeks with a "shipped status" showing in my email confirmation I found out the order-my grandson's Christmas present was out of stock and not coming. Customer service was helpful only to the point of telling me that the item was out of stock- and I was out of luck.
Absolutely unacceptable! I kept requesting shipping info updates and kept getting the same answer- it's been shipped- contact the shipper-UPS, only to find out the UPS had never received the order. If they'd only let me know it was out of stock I could have found something else. Crappy company!

Being the ONLY place to buy an "official nfl jersey" they can charge all they want. And at $168 they do. But the quality is absolutely horrible! No raised numbers, no embroidery and the jersey material feels like polyester cheap. They also do NOT represent the real NFL jerseys. Don't waste your money. And if you add your name to the back, you're out of luck on being able to return.

I bought a 4 items (panthers shirt, ravens hat, ravens towel, and eagles golf club heads) almost 3 months ago. The shirt was for a draft party i was attending which obviously did not arrive on time. The shirt, hat, and towel got lost in the mail, which it also shows on the tracking information. I kept trying to get through to online agents and was always told they were all busy. Finally i was able to get through to an online agent and they did not help me. Multiple months later still not having my products i called in, which took about 15 minutes to finally get through. Not getting these items ruined my draft party plans and now golf season is over so i cannot use the towel/hat which i had planning to. I have still have not gotten my money back. I will definitely not recommend anyone to buy from this shop.
Ordered mid August - finally received in November.
I made two orders about three days apart. I never received a confirmation for either of my orders. I tried calling, but can't never get no one one the phone. The automated keeps giving me a tracking number, but no details. Then I try to get information on my other order and it transfer me, but no one picks up. Ridiculous. Will stick with Fanatics or Lids for now on. I see the money was taken from account already. I can't post an order number because I never received one for both orders.

Said free shipping and then showed the total without shipping only to find they charged me an additional 16 bucks to ship a single T-shirt to Nebraska. Shipping is taking forever as well. Went to cancel order and only going to refund me 27 dollars out of the 55 dollar charge. These guys are crooked.
I ordered a jersey and, upon receiving it, washed it per the instructions. The number on the front cracked and peeled - have never worn it. Customer service was a joke. The item is now out of stock and they cant send a replacement and wanted me TO PAY to send it back for a refund. HORRIBLE! Buy directly from your teams shop. Do not buy from their site!
I ordered a jersey from them and when it came it was too small. Being that it was for Christmas I ordered a larger size right away. When I returned the first one they put it on a gift card instead of my credit card I used. Realizing this I called and they would not reverse it to my credit card. The default must have been the gift card instead of the original credit card. Sucks

I always order on-line every year the Salute to Service collections come out. It seems that this year's is a bit more cheaper... loved the bold American flag on the side 2 year's ago... this year small & not bold. But always comfortable gear when ordered.

Bought a new Bosa Jersey for the upcoming game. One would think 16 days would be sufficient time for the shipment, especially given we live in the world of next-day delivery. Here we are, heading to the game tomorrow with an old jersey instead. Will never buy from again!
