Ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas on 12-10-19 never got to my house then the tracking says that usps took over shipping. It's 12-30 today and nothing yet, ruined christmas for my son. Tried calling... 45 min hold nobody answers. I will never order anything from this place. To make matters worse, it was never a deal the jersey is actually cheaper a our sporting good store here.

Order "shipped" on 12/19... tracking has not updated since the label was created. Called, stated I only ordered because I was promised to arrive before Christmas. Was told they have to wait 3 business days to do anything. Site still claims you have 8 hours to order for Christmas shipment... BS! I will not be getting my order what a joke! The manager did nothing for me at all. Neither person I spoke to sounded as if they had any compassion for what I was going through.

Just don't buy from them. The prices of their merchandise are way too high for the cheaply made jerseys you'll receive. Terrible quality and wrong sizes— large is huge!
Also, don't be fooled by their "return" policy of 90 days because they won't give you a return on "customized" merchandise but ALL their merchandise has to be "customized". SCAM OF A so called company!
I placed an order from nflshop.ca about a month ago, the items still haven't shipped. I cannot get a hold of customer service through their chat. It constantly says the "fan advocates are busy assisting other fans" I received an email saying I could cancel my order, but when I look up how to cancel you need to talk to an assistant which seems impossible. I don't want to cancel, I just want to know why my items are taking so long. By the time I receive them NFL season will be over.
After ordering a Jersey with 2 day free shipping. Was given a tracking number and it was not delivered! After contacting them they said it was out of stock.i ask to cancel the order and they said they cant!. So after paying over $100 for an item i sit here with no item and no refund...wow just cant believe they are still in business.well off to the Better Business Bureau!
Placed 6 orders for corporate Christmas gifts. They don't offer any gift option (to send a gift note) & 4 of my 6 orders were cancelled at various times after placing the orders. Their support line is fairly responsive but their advice to the items cancelled were "we don't know why they were cancelled. Just reorder". So I did. & they were cancelled again. No explanation. Don't waste your time.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a Saint's blanket for $45. The first time we washed it (in a big laundromat washer to be safe), it totally unraveled and split at the seam. I was told refunds and returns were not allowed. Really strange ethics.

I bought a Darius Leonard Colts Jersey the other day and upon receiving noticed the jersey was extremely big. I Decided to start the return process and was disgusted when I saw the results something I had paid $77.59 for I was being offered $60.00. First they charge you $9.99 to ship it back which is $4 more then what it cost to get ship. But thats not what makes me mad, what happened to my other $7.59? I guess they think that can be pocketed? Nope I'll be sending back, they can have there $9.99 but I will be getting my $67.59 otherwise its just getting disputed. AVOID them at all costs.

I ordered an Antonio Brown jersey for my bf on 12/1/16. Today is 12/9/16 and my package is still considered processing! This is ridiculous, each time that I call customer service they give me the run around basically telling me to keep waiting on something that should've been here. I promise that I will never order from nflshop.com again. I will advise others not to shop there as well.

Was called ma'am in chat, explained this to numerous reps without one apology. Immediately after I was referred to call the Customer Service line to change my order to find out 45 minutes later that was not possible until the next day (was on hold for over half that time to find this out). To even responding back if I could get in touch with management then immediately getting a "refer me" response neglecting to read what I had requested. Overall this has been a horrid experience, and almost feels there are smoke and mirrors when purchasing a product from NFL.com to find out later it's coming from someone else (which is why the chat or customer service line could not cancel the order). I will be sharing this experience online with others, as well as tagging the NFL as I doubt they would deem this acceptable customer service.

Ordered shorts, winter has come here already but wont be seeing em for the next summer it seems. 3+ months and 5 mails later I get answer that they have refunded the product. They say 3 buss day to ship, I ordered on a Monday didn't print a shipping label until late Friday and then didn't receive a tracking update until Tuesday 8 days after it finally started moving. Never again!

Signed up about a month ago to take advantage of the 20% code they send new members. They sent me an email claiming I had 20% off my first order but the link was broken and no code was provided. I reached out to customer service who recommended I place an order and then she would discount it after the fact. No thanks. Today, the website claims they are doing Black Friday deals and several of the hoodies I was interested appeared to be on sale, only when you add the items to your cart, the sale price is not reflected. Reached out to customer service again and they refuse to address my problem. The problem isn't with just one item, it's several items.

Its now been 4 weeks since, still no arrival and expected delivery date was 18 days ago.
Tried to make a complaint, got a bot answering online who just keeps stating, expected 18 days ago,
Other option is send a letter, or call them...
On hold for 2 hrs (on international call costs) no answer, dont really give you any option.

Placed an order from Australia which said it had been shipped on 1-15-2018, said it would take 4-10 days with international expedited shipping, still has not arrived and when I go to put the tracking number into landmark global it says 'Could not find shipment with package reference...' but it was working the day it shipped. Not happy with super bowl only 6 days away.
Terrible shipping information when order was placed, was lead to believe it would be received by Xmas, it is not and now shows delivery on 12/28/15. The order was placed on 12/15 but didn't ship until 12/22, I'm now wondering if it will even be the correct item... very disappointing. On top of this, the site displays the FedEx logo, but doesn't appear to use them as my item was shipped by a different company...
The company did respond to my issues, I appreciate that but would strongly suggest anyone considering this site to read all the fine print...
