I made a purchase of a t shirt and a jersey. The Jersey was ok but the t shirt was way too small, even though it was the same size as all the shirts I own! I sent it back for a refund, they would only give store credit even though it still had tags on. I used the refund to purchase 3 other shirts. They looked ok so my wife took the tags off and washed them. When I put them on, all of the shirts were made of thin, cheap material, we're way too long, and the one had the numbers on the front put on crooked. I spoke to customer service who said I can return the shirts but again will most likely receive store credit for more low quality, junk that is way off sized! Save your time and money and buy elsewhere!

I ordered two t-shirts. They are both Nike Dri-fit XXL shirts. They actually turned out to be XL in size so I can't wear them. They won't exchange them so my only option is to return them and be penalized $9.99 per their Draconian return policy. My wife gave me 3 Nike Dri-fit t-shirts from our local $#*!'s Sporting Goods store for Father's Day. They are XXL which is what I always wear in Nike Dri-fit t-shirts. I am uploading a photo with the red NFL Shop XXL overlaid on one of my new $#*!'s Sporting Goods teal XXL shirt. NFL Shop's mis-sized apparel become obvious when you look at the photo. Both of these shirts are brand new and have never been laundered or worn, so no shrinkage from those factors.
I purchased an Eagles super bowl hat for my husband in February 2023. It was gray. After wearing it a few times it faded around the brim where he had sweated. He has many other solid color hats he had worn many times and they have never faded. He has had them for years. I paid. $41 for this hat, much more than Any other hat I bought. I will not buy another product from your company.
I ordered $170 jerseys and got $90 quality jerseys! Ordered stitched jerseys and got painted jerseys instead! We pay more for less these days and it's ridiculous! Never shopping on NFL shop again!
I find it hard to believe this is really an official nfl site first of all it showed a discounted price for the fitted hat I purchase rite up until I chose complete purchase and the price went rite back to full retail 43$ which I was not even that mad about but then I choose 19$ 2 day shipping and they didn't even fulfill that part of the order it's now been 5 days I check and the tracking shows 3 day business select lol if this really is an official nfl site they should be ashamed for handling fans in this manner should be a 0 star option cause that's what they deserve for my experience I'm really thinking about being super petty and returning the hat just to order it from somewhere else lol pathetic website all around
I ordered the Kansas City Chiefs Pat Mahomes Superbowl jersey the day they won this year. I received it just last week. I tried to return it due to the cheap quality and was told it's unreasonable. Website says return within 90 days of receiving merchandise. Not so. Don't waste your money. It's compatible to a cheap made in China junky knock off. Superbowl "patch" is a piece of plastic sewn.
In 2/19/23 and 3/24/23 I purchased Chiefs Super Bowl trading cards that they said would be shipped out on May 16th only to find out they canceled the order on May 9th and refunded my money. However they didn't include interest charge. They held my money for 2 1/2 months and didn't supply what they said. How many other people did this happen to and how much money they made of if all of us. I was told by Donna at Nfl they were oversold! And with no apology or anything! WHAT A RIP OFF! IF THEY DON'T HAVE IT ON HAND IT SHOULDN'T BE SOLD WITH THE INTENT TO DELIVER. POOR BUSINESS!
I order cowboys stackable 4 feet tower, but writing was only on 1 side, also the washer toss, be nice had logo on all 4 sides, and the tic tac toe is really small for the price
Bought a fitted hat that was way too big. I wear this size all the time, so know that the sizing was wrong and product was poor quality. The return policy is to charge $9.99 for the return which is absurd for an online only business. After calling and talking to a person, they did waive the return fee, but the initial shipping and handling fees were not part of the refund...so I basically paid $8 to try on a hat that didn't fit. Likely the first and last time I order through this website.

Couldn't reach anyone by email:phone. Replied immediately that did not want order to their confirmation. Also charged shipping after using free ship code. Don't like company that automatically selects expedited shipping. Will return and fully expect full refund including shipping as was duly cancelled within time period allowed under pa law. I had to returned 2 items. They received them back on February 3,2023. I've called 4 times asking when will my money be refunded back to my credit card, every time I'm told give it 72 hours. It's February 24,2023 and I still have NOT received my refund back to my credit card.

I ordered a gift for a friend's daughter who is a huge Pacheco fan. I ordered through NFL shop as their ETA for delivery was slated for delivery before the Super Bowl on Feb 6th. I reached out to customer service on Feb 8th as when I tracked it the order hadn't even been processed. I asked them to expedite the shipping and they said they would get back to me in 72 hours. It turns out they weren't going to be able to get it to me until Feb 15th. It's the 15th now and when I go back to track the jersey it still hasn't even been processed.
They overpromise and severely underdeliver and their customer service is composed of people who couldn't care less about their job or customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I placed an order on 1/7/23 today is 2/6/23 where I got an email my orders cancellation request has been processed. I never ever requested to cancel my order.
Since I got my order I've been contacting the chat for updates. I even sent a letter out to Fanatics Retail Group, Inc. 8100 Nations Way, Jacksonville, FL ******* Regarding an update on my order on Feb 2nd.
On the 16th and 18th of January I got an email stating, "We appreciate your patience and will notify you immediately of any shipping updates. If you choose not to wait, you can cancel your order at any time online. Simply click here for further instructions".
Since I did NOT want to cancel and still wait patiently I did not "click" for further instructions. When a rep told it got canceled because I did not respond to the email. There is no way to respond to it?
A rep from the chat or a staff member who received my letter must've canceled it out of an emotion.
I placed it on January 7th never got an update from it.

I ordered items immediately after the Conference game as the NFL advertised to use them for authentic Conference championship gear and that we would receive them for the "Big Game". The next day, I saw some other items at $#*!'s Sporting Goods that I also liked. Today (2/6/2023), I will be receiving my $#*!'s items. Checked with NFL shop and the UPS tracking number states that they haven't received the items into their system yet. I guess the Big Game to NFL Shop is Super Bowl LVIII? Also, contacted them by chat and wasn't given an arrival date and then they signed out. No help at all! Never again.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a Saint's blanket for $45. The first time we washed it (in a big laundromat washer to be safe), it totally unraveled and split at the seam. I was told refunds and returns were not allowed. Really strange ethics.

Don't pay for faster shipping. After paying for two day express, two days later I found out the order was still being processed and the delivery date was still two weeks away. I canceled this order and will never order from them again. I'll let you know if they try to still charge as one of these reviews advised.
