I should have known better than to order from them after what happened last year. Last year, they messed up both of my orders. They sent me two of the wrong things. This year, I tried again, against my better judgement. First, I was told my order was shipped and would arrive by December 10th. That day came and when, and when I went to track my order, it said an order label hasn't been created yet, even though I got the confirmation that my order had been shipped. When I called to ask about it, I was told my order got lost and they would sent me a replacement. I then received my order with missing pieces and had to call again to get another replacement. This order is going to come late. Their customer service is fantastic, but the company itself is horribly disorganized
