I ordered 3 motion sensor lights. Two did not work. One worked briefly and then failed. Next deal sent me 2 replacements. Both were faulty.
I attempted to get my money back but a Doris claimed a warranty was 60 days. The company is awful and the products are complete junk. Beware of this company.

I ordered some cute LED path lights from them based on other reviews. How wrong I was. The items did not work as expected, and the RMA required I ship them back to China not there US address. The lights total $110 and the shipping was $52. They do not reimburse for shipping. Tried to work it out with customer service- nope. Never. Ever again. Beware.

Shipping was fast and product is a 10. I have reordered 4 more for boating season. Prices went down to make it afordable to purchase as well. I wouldn't pay $40.00 for them. But they work great. I have not had any issues with shipping. Usually about 2 weeks.

This company must get audit by consumer relations for selling a very poor product! I purchased an LED outdoor light. It never worked from the day I've received it. Contacted them so many times. They asked my to send them a video and pictures wich I did twice. They never replied back and they never returned my money.
This company must be shut down as I discovered all the positive reviews about their product is fake!

I ordered two sets of twig lights on Jan 7th and they never been delivered and I have been charged for them! I emailed them and their response was the same everytime... please be patient. Well my patience has just ran out! I told them that I will refuse the order if and when it is delivery. I was told do not refuse it and they gave me at least 7 steps that I have to do to cancel it. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with! Never again

Purchase arrived from UK but I was advised by the customer service the return had to be made to China@ my own expense which cost me £12.50! I also had paid for delivery for goods that were nothing like advertised! Disgusted with this Company! I would choose rating of minus 0 if possible!

Remote Control Flying Fish... I purchased this for my grandson for Christmas. We received it but was missing the tail fin and had 2 remotes. I tried calling their customer service phone line but could not get connected. I opened a Dispute on Jan. 3 and still have not heard from the company to fix my problem. I think the workmanship is terrible and not worth the money. It says when you purchase something are dissatisfied you can return it. I can't get anyone to respond back to me so I can return this for a FULL REFUND. Terrible customer service.

Everything ships from China even though they don't tell you that up front. They LIE about their ETA dates & will NOT refund your money if you don't receive your items. I've waited over a month now & still haven't received my items. They sent me a tracking ## but wouldn't tell me who the shipper was so I couldn't even track it. Now they won't even respond to me. They said my stuff would be here by XMas (ordered 12-2) it's now 1 month later & NOTHING!

We saw advertised a photo of 6 Solar Flame Lites, a price of $117.99 with a line through it and listed for $39.99 plus a small shipping charge. Processed our order and after almost 2 weeks came a box containing one(1) solar light. Queried Next Deal Shop and was told that the price was for only 1 lite. Amazon and others have them for, pending on supplier; two to four for the same price as what I thought they were advertising as "Black Friday" pricing. Now they won't reply as to how to return item for a credit. We now realize why we deal with Amazon instead of companies as this. Stay away from this company.

I bought 3 strings of snowfall led lights. I hooked them all together then plugged them in. They wouldn't light. When I unplugged them one of the plug spades fell off. I put one of the other plugs on and they still didn't light. I tried plugging just one string and it worked. When I plugged the other two into it, it quit. I unplugged the last string and it still wouldn't work. I tried switching the polarity of the string plug by rotating it 180 degrees. It worked. I plugged the final string in and it quit again. I switched the polarity and they all worked. There were no markings denoting polarity on the plugs. If I wasn't used to working with electricity I probably wouldn't have thought of switching polarity. They need to mark the terminals + and -.

We purchased the LED Solar-Powered Fairy Lights. They worked for about a week then quit. I messaged the company. They asked for a video of the lights NOT working. The notion was bizarre and seemed so ridiculous that I put off taking the video. I finally took the video and sent it. Because it was beyond their stated 60 days, they told me too bad. I know other companies that would have honored their customer over their return rules. Reading other reviews, I'm sure even if I had sent it within the 60 days, I wouldn't have received complete satisfaction for having purchased this poor quality product. I would guess most of the items sold at NextDealShop are sub-par products. Luckily I'm learning my lesson that sometimes it's better to pay a little more and buy from a good company.

The lights I ordered have been working great outside in -15 temperatures. They certainly don't look like much when they're off but are beautiful when on. I haven't tried to timer mode yet.

Do not purchase any products from this company. I purchased three sets of Solar fairy lights from this firm.
One set failed after two weeks. They asked me to video the product so that they could ascertain what the fault was and send it to them. I suggested that videoing a sealed Black box would not be helpful. After informing them of my consumer rights they sent me a Return Merchandise Authorisation form with a cut out address label addressed to GuangDong in China. The return was to be at my expense. They know this will not happen for a £20 refund. Give Next Deal Shop a wide birth.
