I bought 2 of there robes for my bridesmaid for my upcoming wedding and was told they would arrive at the lastest, on my wedding day. So I paid for priority air mail just in case and they still didn't get there till 5 days later. They ship via FedEx. Tracking wasn't accurate, when it got to my state, it would continue to say it was arriving tomorrow, then would say the same thing the next day and didn't have an available status most of the time but I blame that more on FedEx than Newchic. The day after my wedding, I emailed them, asking to cancel my order and was denied. I tried emailing again a week later and wasn't answered. I've tried now a third time to submit a return but there is no option for that, so I have to select "other order inquiry" and for unknown reasons, it's not even letting me submit the message this time and my return window is quickly closing in now. So do me and yourself a favor and please don't shop NewChic.
I like to buy on this site because the prices are very attractive and it is the second pair of identical shoes that I buy because they are comfortable and without laces.

Ware wird zu sehr hohen Versandkosten mit newchic Express angeboten, wird aber nie! Express geliefert. Umtausch oder Rückgabe nicht möglich, da der Rück-Versand sehr aufwendig und extrem teuer ist. Regresszahlung beläuft sich lediglich auf den Auftragswert, auf den hohen Versandkosten bleibt man sitzen. Die Entschuldigungen im lifechat sind einfach inakzeptabel. I ordered 2 size 12 and 1 size 14. What I received is a different sizing structure - XXL and 2XXL which are much too big and kept popping the arms are great if you are a gorilla. The t-shirts look great but looks are deceiving.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
