I ordered two items on 1 January 2021. My order arrived in South Africa 20 January 2021. The jacket was not exactly the same colour as the photo, but it was still lovely. The bag looked like the photo. Overall, I was happy with my purpose and the length of time it took.

I received my dress in good time, and am very pleased with it! The colour is as in the picture Ii purchased the green one) It is very comfortable and true to size (I purchased a 14 UK) and it's perfect. I'm looking forward to the warmer weather, to be able to wear it out and about.
I aim to buy a straw hat to wear with it, and would recommend to others! If you are feeling unsure whether or not to order; I'd say 'GO FOR IT' as it's well worth it :)

Made an order for the first time. I am usually sceptic about new online shops. First unpleasant surprise was that 30 minutes after order confirmation I got a cancellation with the reason that my money did not reach the service provider. Bank confirmed that money were with the seller and suggested to start investigation. After I informed the NewChic of this incident, the order was restored after a week. Still, this was unpleasant. Secondly, the long time of delivery was another sad experience, as the parcel arrived two weeks after the deadline and after numerous reminders and notifications. Unfortunately, the courier service mixed the home number on the parcel (42 instead of 42/14), so I had to chase the courier and monitor the delivery to correct address.
As usual the jewelry was pretty and good quality for fashion jewelry. This time I also ordered a watch with a leather band which was completely dysfunctional and the leatherwristlet fell apart on touch. I won't bother to send it back for a refund - more hassle than gain.

Okay sofar. I would have liked measures for the earrings, and information about material (e.g. Cotton) rather than texture (here: corduroy) for the bedcovers I would have been interested in but didn't order, because I don't sleep in polyester.
Unfortunately they were on the small size which was a little disappointing and not really a polyester as they were very silky and a material too hot for Qld.
The order is fine but trying to enter address was dreadful. It took so long. I suggestthat when information is sought it is entered straight away not waiting and nothing comes up.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
