Really a great service! I've been doing online vid rentals since before netflix bought the little company that was doing it. Netflix has great selection and function. In the old days you could actually download the movie to watch later but I guess that's too much to ask in these days. Totally recommend.

For the most part I just kept the tv on so the house wasn't dead-quiet and I didn't feel so alone when my husband wasn't home. He introduced me to Netflix when we got married, and I am so glad he did! We cancelled the expensive cable bill and only pay $8 a month for some REALLY GOOD shows! We have actually bonded with more closely with friends and family through the series of shows Netflix has to offer. Love the variety, love that there is no commercials and that we can take it wherever we go (mobile app) and laptops. Between our amazon prime shows and Netflix, we never feel like we missing cable tv or the $100 bill we used to pay! Highly recommend it, get it now!

Always find new things to watch. Not much of an actual tv watcher so having Netflix is a plus. Can't wait for the new seasons of all my favorite shows to be released.
Very often, I have to stop watching something because the screen freezes every couple of minutes. The freeze lasts for a couple of minutes, and the frustration is immense and infuriating. After struggling, trying everything, backing out and starting over, etc., we turn off the TV and do something else. This happens enough that I am considering dropping my subscription. Our provider is AT&T, and I have heard others fuss about this issue, as well.
Tons of shows with every season you are able to watch. Who the heck doesn't like/own Netflix nowadays? My only complaint is I don't like... most... movies on it. I kind of wish Netflix would let us customize our accounts better. I don't need all these garbage films on my account. I realize it's variety, but I would just rather not have them on there at all than sift through all these crap films to find a movie. ***RECENTLY ADDED*** a movie from 1985 -_-
Netflix has helped me cut the cord with my cable company. It's well worth the monthly amount you pay for it. I do wish they'd get more "blockbuster" movies and just more popular movies in general. But they are killing it with their original series.

Pretty pathetic. Movies or TV shows in "my list" shpw up in multiple places. Things I"ve already watched show up in other places than "because you already watched". No more sorting by rating. Another price increase coming.

I have been using Netflix for a little under a year, and I think it's great for their original series and shows. However, my one complaint is that I feel like they try to have newer movies. A lot of the movies I come across I have either never heard of, or they're old.
I enjoy the idea of Netflix - I used to order DVDs that would come in the mail back when that was all it was. Being able to stream movies, shows, and documentaries for such a cheap price monthly is great. The only downfall is that there's rarely anything really good on Netflix, and when there is, they usually take it off pretty soon.
I HATE "THE BECAUSE YOU WATCHED " THINGS THATS HAPPENING. I end up losing my actual categories and I end up with a bunch of because you watched crap. It sucks. The more I watch the more Netflix doesn't know me. Just because I watch one urban film, doesn't mean I want to be bombarded with urban films now. Im way more complex than that, I watch everything or anything, Netflix is making my streaming too "simple" and it's becoming annoying. I love documentaries but for some reason that category keeps disappearing, and replaced with because you watched... Which makes my documentary search very confined to whatever it was that I just watched... I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS FEATURE AND I THINK WE SHOULD DO AWAY WITH IT!
