It was hard to get hold of them on the phone but I sent nasty dress a Facebook the women Sofia was very helpful with any questions I wanted to ask and did her best for me I was very pleased. I got my outfits they all fitted great and looked very lovely on I would buy more stuff of them and would recommend nasty dress for on line shopping
I ordered an item-paid for it-waited for 2 weeks-emailed customer support-still no answer. Horrible service-will cancel my payment

Ordered a bunch of items from the website. After two weeks i finally received my order in the mail, the items looked NOTHING like what was in the pictures, the items "made in China" had a horrible odor, stains/holes and the cheap fabrick was already falling apart. The whole thing is a SCAM and they need to be shut down!

Although my dress wasn't as expected they refunded my money & quickly got in contact to fix the issue!
Don't order from these people the clothes smell awful very poorly made and don't fit properly. It cost me £19 to get my parcel after spending £100 on this site and it's going to cost me to send it back. I've never felt such awful smelly material in my life.

The product is nice and intact. I love the received product more than the image placed for advert.
Update: They have attempted to rectify the matter and gave me some of my money back; not the amount promised, but some.
If I could give it a zero I would do so. Don't every buy anything from this site. The three tops I ordered looked nothing like the pictures on the site and are of poor quality! I ordered two sizes larger and still they still don't fit. They took forever to get to me! Almost a month on the first two and the back order item took almost a month and a half! Won'T even bother attempting to return the items. I'll trump it up to a learning experience. Nastydress agreed to send most of my money back. Once I check my account and it has been done I will update this review.

Why have I not heard about my order? I needed a refund and a new dress in a larger size. You guys take peoples money and we don't get the product and you send the wrong size and then give us the run around when we try to contact you or I cant get in my account to make a ticket. I can't put in a ticket or contact anyone from my account on their site. I am very close to putting in a dispute with paypal. Ordered a shirt Feb 28/16, paid for it. Last tracking date showing was from March 4/16. Then nothing. Very dissatisfied with this experience. I want my item, or my money back.

Quality is poor, nothing is like the pictures on the site, and I never received half of my order. All reviews on the site are false, they are all good reviews and if you submit a bad review they don't put it up. Not a trustworthy site at all! Do Not order from them, they take your money and send you sh*t. Wish I knew that they were based out of the country before I ordered. And why in he! Would I spend more money to send the $h*t back just to be sent more useless products or to get my money back? It would cost more to send it back than its worth. They should not be allowed to advertise on sites when they are not credible.

Answer: For me i paid with my Paypal so i didn't give them my bank details. But i think they are thieves because ordered my dress on the 04/02/16 and still hasn't received it yet. Not even a message To say if it been shipped or not.
