Women being who we are know our size. We also know that Chinese women run smaller than us american women. If we are told that your sending our items from china then we can get our right size.

Feeling Foolish

I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering the dress that came bears no resemblance to the dress i ordered and is really poor quality see through bad stitching etc I am still waiting for 1 item earcuff but the earrings that came were perfect and arrived quickly
After your response to this review I have revised it (12/7/16) as follows
Your request of a photograph of the dress item plus the packaging is/was unreasonable considering the length of time it took you to respond to my complaint.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE EAR CUFF OR A REFUND

After all I did get a refund from Nastydress. Com. They also let me keep my purchase, but I still found them to be a headache to deal with and very hard to get a hold of. Im not changing my review, and I personally wouldnt buy, from them again, but if you take smaller or asian sizes perhaps they work, for you. I'll end this by saying "BUYER BEWARE"

This site doesn't even deserve one star! I ordered two dresses, and it charged my card. But they said I had no order on my account I emailed them about it and got back (the dresses you ordered are not in stock but you can choose 2 other items for the same price) well I said I would like a refund instead, and I have been waiting back ever since. I NEVER GOT THE DRESSES OR THE MONEY... I DID THIS IN THE BEGINING OF FEB 2016... WTF... you cant even contact them anymore, not by phone, email, or there live chat. This site is a joke seriously save ur money...

First of all, why do I have to even give them one star? This is the worst company to deal with ever! I ordered a jacket January 27,2016 as a Valentine's Day gift (order #J**************). I paid extra for quick shipping. The jacket never arrived, so I contacted them and this was their reply, "We are sorry to inform you the shipping time just starts from the day we send your order out, it does not include the processing time." They also told me that they were off for a long period of time due to their Chinese New Year... really? Over a week later I wrote to them again and they blamed the supplier. When I ordered the item it should have said "Out of stock" if they didn't have the item. A few days later they gave me a return of my money as a credit for their site. I saw the jacket available again, so I reordered with my credit. I accidentally ordered two. I tried to change it to one, but the site wouldn't allow this and it showed as partial payment. I didn't want two jackets and I sure as hell was not going to give them another dime! This order number is, J*******932. I'm writing these order numbers, because in every response where they act like they want to help they ask for it. I tried going on their live chat for customer service, but it always says come back at normal business hours. I've tried all hours, but they are never there. I think one person is running this business out of their garage and orders from companies one item at a time. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE,! You will never see your money again! I've learned my lesson! My next step is to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Wir haben nun schon einige Artikel bestellt und es gab bis dato keinen Grund zur Beschwerde. Die Lieferung war ok. Die Artikel selber entsprachen den Beschreibung.
Die Verarbeitung der Artikel sind gut und lassen sich gut tragen. Wie gesagt bis dato gab es keinen Grund zur Beanstandungen...

Do not buy here!

Muy mala calidad y un horrible customer dervice. They even do not have a phone number to call. Horrible, i ordered some seimsuits and came very small. The do not are accurate with right size and poor quality. They do not want to even exchange. When you try them the fabric makes a sound like if going to rip. Very bad qualitu. Do not recommend! Do not buy this is a joke.

So its been 3 weeks since I ordered and my order hasn't even been PROCESSED! I paid for express shipping too! Wasted my money there. Do NOT order from this site. I'll be sticking with forever 21 and sites I actually trust.

I have been trying to write a ticket for a return for I don't know how long but it won't go through and keep telling me to log in when I was already logged. Once I log in... I still didn't get anywhere. The quality of the dressed are HORRIBLE and they run small. I just want to return and get a refund. The service is horrible as well. Don't order from this site ever!

Disappointed
April 23, 2016

When I received my order it was in a very small plaste bad, so the garment very wrinkled. The dress was made of very dated and cheap looking polyester and it was very heavy and to hot to wear in California. It looks as if someone made it in their home.

I have ordered from this site before with no problems. This time I ordered pants & a body chain. The pants were great quality & price & fit perfect. I had a problem with the body chain & contacted them & to my surprise they immediately refunded my money. They were so quick & wonderful to deal with. Great experience. I orderd a Thor Cycling Tshirt from them around thair chinees new year they said sorry for the delay we will get it out ASAP $ months now no shirt and cause it expired Papal will not refund my money so Warnning dont buy from this company!

OK 3months in and they gave me a refund Finally, So ill give them an extra star...

I ordered 2 bathing suits and one more or less looks what I ordered but the other one is a 3x when EVERYTHING i ordered was 1X and also its a 2 piece I did not order any 2 piece. I would go ahead and try to get a refund for this but seeing teh feedback why even bother. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM COMPLETE SCAME wish I had seen this before i ordered. Just opened my package and I am outraged at how crappy and really bad it looks.

Clothing is a bunch of rags. I wouldn't give these clothes to a homeless person. They won't give refund for any reason! They need reporting to better business Bureau.

I ordered a dress a couple of months ago for my prom and it's getting close to the time and it still hasn't arrived yet! I'm rather worried and unsure of what to do next... they took the money and I haven't gotten any emails back since to say it was dispatched or anything!

UPDATE... So at first I had a hard time trying to reach them... (Did not realize it was due to TIME DIFFERENCE)... I emailed and got responses by the next day... I got a refund... VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER... about to do another purchase. I am addicted to their website <3

Love their dresses!
I ordered maybe 10 items... Loved how 6 dresses fit. PERFECT.

A few dressess did not fit. So I have been TRYING to contact a rep. They are never online for "Chat onlne" option on their website. Or the number listed on website says "they are not available" when I call.

I would love to do an exchange...

I would rate them a 5 if they were much easier to get in contact with.

I also tried to "submit a ticket" triple checked I filled in all the requirements. Once Im done. I press "SUBMIT" and nothing happens

So frustrating!

WORST WEBSITE EVER

I ordered from this website over 2 months ago. I ordered 2 bathing suits for a vacation I was going on. I paid extra money for them to arrive in 6 business days. I even gave them a few extra days because I know how shipping can be. They took the money out of my account but I still have not received anything. I've tried to call but it is a fake number, I've tried to leave a ticket but they still haven't gotten back to me. I want my money back and I want them to be shut down until they learn how to run a business. I have contacted my bank and notified them of this scam. WORST WEBSITE EVER
