I ordered 3 items a month ago & after several weeks of already purchasing these items I get an email saying two items were FINALLY shipped and one wasn't. I had to contact them asking them to just exchange that product with another. I chose another and they didn't have that item in stock either so I just asked for a refund because why look through a barely working site with items displayed that aren't even in stock. After asking for a refund to my Paypal account they tried to refund my money to their stupid nasty dress wallet, when I WILL NOT buy from this site ever again! After almost over a month, I still never received my refund. I then called to try and get my money back & a man I could hardly hear or even understand answers and then can't even help me because my order number isn't on their computer anymore?... I am very dissatisfied with the very poor service and business these people are trying to run.
Yes how can you speak to someone at least i was able to live chat with sammydress but nasty dress is always saying its closed

3 times wrote into customer support to resolve and get the size and quality in blue jean jump suit resulted in each time the workmanship and quality being less. Like what you ask,,, button holes not cut, (cust support said that was normal and I should cut them) no stitching in detail trim as shown on web site and did show on first 2 orders, but no on last, the material was 1/2 the thickness of original 2, felt like a dishrag, front button rise way to short.
I have gave up on the other items from initial order as sizing conversion is miserable, I am a perfect size 8 / medium and nothing is close to being big enough, big disappointment, Wish I could upload photos, you would laugh
I ordered several items on 4/30 and paid for the expedited shipping. Once the 2 week marker passed, I noticed it said it was processing. I also noticed that the money for said items was removed from my bank account.So now, I can't understand why it is still processing and not shipped. I would of been a top customer since all I do is shop online, but now I'm thinking NastyDress is just a scam. I feel like I was robbed. If I do not hear something soon, or if my items do Not arrive soon, I shall have no choice but to take Legal Action. I hate that it has become a problem, but if you're not going to do something soon, It shall be very regrettable on your part. Since I found NastyDress advertised on Facebook, I will make sure that All of Facebook and Twitter know that this site is nothing but a con and a bunch of scam artists.

I realize that you get what you pay for and I truly expected disposable clothing from them based on their pricing. You know, pieces that you will get 2 possibly 3 wears out of provided you hand wash them, before they fall apart. What I got from them was under slip material, with barely there stitching for seams, NO hems, dirt spots, and plenty of manufacturer defects. I learned my lesson for sure. If the prices seem WAY to good to be true, they most likely are!
Also, I was charged for my entire order but only half of it shipped out with the remaining items showing a hold status. Well, 2 weeks after receiving the partial order I contacted customer service and was given a manufacturing/shipping date for the remaining items. I gave them almost a full week after that date and finally contacted them again and requested a refund for the remaining items. They did refund me for the items I did not receive, but I feel like they should have been up front from the beginning and let me know that the items I wanted were not yet available. And again, the quality was beyond horrible. I have definitely learned my lesson. If it seems to good to be true, it probably is.

I ordered 12 items from this website. They said it would take several weeks and it did, but when it came, it was exactly what I had ordered. Some of the items did not fit so I contacted the company and asked about sending the ill-fitting items back. They gave me the address and suggested I let them know how much shipping would be. They also told me it would take a long time to send it back because of Chinese customs. I checked at post office and found it would cost $35.00 to send the items back and they only cost $70.00 so I told them I would probably not return them. They promptly gave me a refund of the items minus the shipping charge (*which they had said would be borne by the customer). I found the company very responsive, very courteous, very helpful. There is a big time difference but I always got a quick response. I found the items that fit to be very nice and just like pictured. It is a good company, but be careful about ordering. The sizes run small and returning is difficult.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a 2 piece swim suit and to my suprise only recieved the bottom half. I emailed them that i only recieved the bottom half and they requested pictures and the weight size which was understandable. I did and they told me that both items were sent when clearly they weren't and they still won't give me a refund for their mistake. I wish i could give there cheap asses a 0.

I love their products and have had nothing but excellence from their customer service. Nastydress is the only online store I shop at.
Well, do I blame the company? Nup! You get what you paid for. Online the photos lookEd better than the real clothes I received. I ended threw 3 items in trash can. I kept one item. The sewing is horrible.
Spending over £200 due to the great prices, I was left with nothing but - shock! The quality was awful, it felt like nothing you would even get from a market and the sizes are all incorrect. I've recieved 5 items out of 10! It's definitely a waste and of money and I would never recommend anyone to purchase here!

I ordered a prom dress from Nastydress.com to be informed that they were unable to send the item and I needed to choose from two options. Option 1 to have my money credited back to my Nastydress account or Option 2 to choose a dress of equal value to the one previously ordered. Considering they had already taken my money I chose a different dress which was in fact cheaper than the first. When the second dress arrived it looked nothing like the picture. It was made from incredibly cheap material which was ripped and badly cut. The dress did not fit properly and the poppers did not do up. Upon complaining to Nastydress I asked for a full refund including the remaining money from the previously ordered dress which was more expensive. Nastydress have since refunded me less than half of the money that I have paid. I am deeply disappointed about the poor service, quality of the product and lack of refund.

I order 4 items four weeks ago, received four items that does not look anything like what I ordered. Just wanted to return items and get refund, not so simply. Tried to call customer service N/A. Sent a email got a ticket, answer ticket 1. Got another ticket with 3 options did not like any of the options because I still can't get my money back. There are Federal Laws that protects consumers in the United States of America and there are Federal Agency that work for the citizens in the US. What your company is doing is wrong and not very nice and expect to be investigated by the Federal Trade Commission

THIS COMPANY IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! NOT TO MENTION THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE ENCOUNTERED!
Do not bother shopping with this company. They will take your money, let you play for expedited 3 day shipping and then... wait weeks to tell you that it is no longer available (I ordered 6 items and 4 of them were not available) and then it will be another month to receive your refund... and don't waste your time trying to speak with someone, there is no one answers the phone no matter when you call and there is not a voicemail---it just hangs up on you. If you choose to try to contact them via email---you will get nothing but auto replies.
UNLESS YOU ARE GIVING MONEY AWAY---DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! (If you are giving money away... might I suggest a worthy charity instead!)

The worst case scenario with online shopping is to spend your hard earned money and receive NOTHING in return, which is exactly what I've received from them since placing my order 3 weeks ago. 4 items are showing shipped out, 2 items haven't even been shipped out yet. In 3 weeks? This is pathetic and a terrible disappointment. I will never order anything from them again. What makes it worse is that i'm moving soon, so I see no reasonable way that I will get my order. The lousy website isn't user friendly for resolving such issues either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

The bustier arrived on time and in perfect conditions.
Its very beautiful and well done, like in the photo on web.
The only things I suggest is a better size chart (maybe with a drawing) because its not very clear where you must measure yourself for know if the bustier will fit or not.
The Support is realy fast and kind anyway so also if you buy the wrong one, dont worry, they give you all the direction for correct the problem.
I tried to order three times and they always cancelled and "refounded" my order, I say it this way because I do not see my money back in my account. DO NOT BUY THEM ANYTHING.
