I have now modified my review from 1 to 3 stars given that the customer service contacted and tried to quickly offer me a solution that was in the end a partial refund. This shows to me that although the quality of the dresses is not maximum, there is a will to curbe the bad ratings and get a better reputation and made some effort into making the customer happy, which is good.
On the other hand, you don't expect higher quality on those prices.
I would recommend that they get photos that really represent in colour and shape how the dresses look like. The recent feature of customers posting their own pictures into the site could be a way to avoid these dissapointments.

I previously ordered items and had no problems then suddenly they keep cancelling all my orders and refunding it with no explanation even when I wrote them an email not to cancel it.

Now they are asking me to send payment via bank transfer or western union. How were they able to track and refund my money of there were problems with it. Very good company! I ordered some shirts that didn't fit me so they sent me the same shirts in my size free of charge! Well played nasty dress.
I recently wrote some negative reviews to the website. Last week I ordered for the parcel. I was pissed of when people wrote all the bad reviews and I thought I did a mistake ordering it. But today my parcel is already here with me. I did not expect it so early.

I was't expecting a whole lot for the price, but that was too much! It was so cheaply made, maybe disposable dresses. I am a size 4 and I couldn't even zip up a small. My friend is a 0 and could barely get into it!

I've ordered a shirt from them at the beginning of May and it's the middle of June. I have sent messages to them and I receive the same response back. It's like it's set as a recorded message. I will not order anything from them again. If you are thinking about ordering something, Please do not! They told me that since I went the long way, they don't have a tracking number. Every order should have a tracking number. I dont care which shipping you've done. This place should be shut down. I repeat do not order anything from them. No order should take this long.

As I put my one arm into the sleeve, the seams split open on the sleeve. At the same time the seam that joins the sleeve to the dress, also split apart. I did not even attempt to put the dress on any further and took it off very carefully. As I took it off the satin edging around the neck split apart. Such a pity because I was wanting to wear this dress to my sons wedding. I onlypulled the sleeve on again carefully to take the photos

Wow, just read some of the reviews, some seem a bit harsh. As with a lot of online clothing companies, (in fact with online in general in the east) there is some good & some bad.
Once you need to keep in mind where they are based so if you are in Europe (like me), the items will take about 4-6 weeks to arrive. Also, material is pretty flimsy so almost all of their clothes are for warm weather. With their customer service, you can only get them at certain times due to time zone difference so it can take a while to resolve stuff and yes certain things are not always resolved to your full satisfaction but they usually will sort most in the end but it may take a bit longer.
So if you bear above in your mind when you are dealing with them then I can say that on their website it is pretty accurate in general with what you see & if you find something you like, then it is usually good value & I have gotten some very nice stuff for myself & my partner on this site.
Calm and easy to order speedy contact when there was an issue even quicker response and best of all my order came before time stated. Where can you go wrong! Please please make an app. Keep up the good work The outfits I brought were absolutely perfect I fell in love as soon as I saw them! Felt so sexy thank you... Ordered clothes mid-March. Received shipment notification March 19 with estimated shipping time of up to 25 days. It is now June 7 (80 days later) with no receipt of clothes and no refund - even after several contacts made to them via email requesting status updates. POOR customer service. Do not order from them - even with the prices being so attractive. I have had good luck with wish.com - similar type of online company for cheap prices.

UPDATE: Today I received my refund. So updating my rating to 3.
So to summarize my experience: I made the purchase; sent additional information as per request (ID copy to confirm card payment). However my order was still cancelled. So had to order on a different site with express delivery.
My refund was received in 2 weeks
They charged my card. Then said that they need my ID and I sent it.
Then they said that they cancellled the order.
But order is STILL in "PROCESSING"status and my money is gone
And they say refund will take 25 days with bank (which is ok). But they didn't cancel it from their end- No email confirmation. No update on my account "orders"
I placed an order back in February and I kept getting the run around on them shipping it. I finally asked for a refund and was told it would take up to 23 days - today is June 2nd & I can't get my money or my item or a response.
Update: Since posting my review I have received emails from the company. This has been going on since February - today is July 13th - in 5 months they haven't been able to get the item in stock and my favorite message so far as far as not receiving a refund has been that their "financial colleague" was out of the office - that was a first for me. I've come to the conclusion I'm not getting anything so again I warn you against ordering anything from here.

I had written another review expressing my disappointment in this company. Although the shipping process did take about a month to receive my item and the item did not fit they offered a full/complete refund. I noticed previous reviewers have experienced many issues, I suggest reaching out to their support team, they are very helpful. Nastydress was very responsive when I contacted them and their customer service was awesome. Sometimes that makes all the difference, it did for me. Ordering online there are technical difficulties that can occur, but I will say they did everything they could to assist me and make sure I was a happy customer. Which they have, I appreciate it nasty dress!
