Im so upset! I want a refund from this compnay how do i go about getting one?
I bought a dress and the seams, stitching and size was completely wrong.
I contacted them for a refund with pictures of the "dress" they sent me. All the replies are automatic. They send you links and you can not open some of them. So eventually you can not contact them!
This is the worst company ever!

The clothes are not the same as the clothes on the models. The materials and colors are quite different. If you try to return the clothes they tell you that you can only return if the item is damaged. They fight you tooth and nail right until the very end. Luckily if you use a credit card or paypal you can open a dispute. Prepare to fight until the end.

I just recently purchased 5 items which costs me £65 before I've read that most of the reviews of this site are bad. I ordered a shirt and they said 8-13 days delivery and when my order wasn't possessed I put a ticket in. They said the product was on back order but yet they are still selling it with a 8-13 day delivery time. I will never order from here again! Now I can no longer access my account it says invalid email what a joke! They should be held accontable for ripping people off! SHAME ON YOU!

So... this is what I have been trying to submit for the last 2h, but the CONTACT DETAILS ARENT REAL!

The reason, why I am contacting you is, because I sadly have to say that I am quite disappointed about my order and the service at your online store.
First of all, it would be nice if customers could actually submit a ticket at your website and not get stuck for hours and hours, cause it is not working properly.
Actual issue:
I waited such a long time for my swimwear to arrive. And only half of the stuff that I ordered was actually shipped out to this day. Im still waiting for another bikini to arrive.
When I finally opened the bag, I found some sort of bikini that I definitely did not order. Not to mention, that half of the filling for the bikini top is missing, too.
The second piece was alright though.
To be honest, this is not really the service I paid for.
I would like to recieve the bathing wear I initially ordered, or get a refund. Also I would like you to refund the EXTRA-FEE I will have to pay, in case I have to ship the wrong order back to you.

Just got the package an Im really extremely pissed for what I was shown and what I actually got. I may use this stupid piece of cloth to clean my kitchen cabinet.The "Thing" I got was not even 10% of what was shown to me on the website. Fabric os rough used and below lowest standard. I made an order at Nastydress.com and impatiently waiting for my order to arrive. I misread expected date of arrival, and put in a complaint for item being late. They responded to my inquiry immediately, and explained everything to a "T". My item was really not late, but they were very courteous and helpful. Customer service is exceptional, and merchandise is exactly what it supposed to be. I recommend them to all my friends.
I made an order for an upcoming trip and didn't create an account but checked out as a guest. I cannot get a hold of anyone now to see where my order is because you can only contact customer service through submitting a ticket, which you can only do if you have an account! The phone # even tells you to submit a ticket. This is a horrible experience and now I am out the funds and items going into my trip!

I ordered a skirt and it took two months to arrive. When i got it it was no way near the dimensions and it was completely different to the skirt in the pic on their site. They are clearly making cheap knock offs and they are terrible. The skirt is going straight in the bin! Do not shop here. Don't be tempted by cheap prices of product tracking.

I ordered 2 bathing suits over a month ago and have received no product or any communication. I opened a PayPal dispute and they had the gall to tell me that if I closed the dispute they'd send me a tracking number. Sorry, I don't play that game. I advised them that I would close the dispute when my items (which are paid in full) shipped. Another week goes by with no answer, so I escaped to a PayPal claim, with records of their response to me holding my paid for items as ransom. This is a truly UNPROFESSIONAL service and perhaps after a claim to the Better Business Bureau will be shut down so no one else has to have this awful experience!

I ordered a blouse that did not arrive to the dimensions advertised, Customer Service did not respond at all. I submitted a formal complaint about this already. I ordered an XL blouse which according to their site is supposed to have a 38" bust and be 27" long. Included with my complaint were photos of me measuring the actual bust and length of the blouse that arrived, the bust is a 32" and the blouse is 24" long. I wanted to return this item for a full immediate refund. I filled out all of their customer complaint forms and never received any response, they also do not have a working telephone number. What they do have is endless email response automations.
The only way I got a response was when I let them know I had contacted the Better Business Bureau. And that they would be the next people they hear from. THEN they made an effort to contact me with some sort of resolve to issue me a refund and I keep the horrifically defective product. These people are garbage, and a scam at best. Save youself the stress, I wish I could give them so many negative stars that they would owe me stars.

I purchased two pairs of gloves and panties from NastyDress, the order arrived quick and in good condition. Sexy lace gloves, love them. Warm leather gloves with natural fur - sooo cute. And the panties are really something special. I will definitely be back buying more things from the site.
I have ordered a few things from this website and never had an issue. Of course if you get a piece of clothing for $5, it will not be the same quality as something you buy for $100! I never had problems with the items tho... The accessories are good, the clothes fit me fine and they actually last me for a while.
The only issue I had with this site is that a pair of summer pants was back ordered BUT, the staff at Nasty Dress gave me money back right away AND gave me extra points for future discount on orders.
The item I ordered was great and very pretty. The customer service was very friendly, helpful, and super quick. The shipping, I was content with it. My fiance loved the piece and couldn't stop gushing, lol, left me feeling great. So yeah, all around great experience.
