This place is a scam. Their website looks nice and the clothes look soooooo cute BUT when they come and IF they come you will be disappointed. I ordered two coats took 2 and a half months to get to me. When they arrived they where made out of felt, there were strings hanging from everywhere that I needed to cut off and the button holes were not big enough for the the bottons.
I also ordered 5 pieces of jewelry, nothing big----costume jewlery BUT THAT WAS DECEMEBER 4TH TODAY IS MARCH 21ST AND IT STILL AINT HERE! I messaged them THREE times and keep getting told to check with my post office. UMMMM WHAT! MY POST OFFICE IS NOT HOLDING MY PACKAGE HOSTAGE...

ANYWAY BEWARE! I DONT EVEN BELIEVE ANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE. I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE FAKE AND WRITTEN BY PEOPLE AT THEIR COMPANY... ITS A SACM!

What happened?

So... this is what I have been trying to submit for the last 2h, but the CONTACT DETAILS ARENT REAL!

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

The reason, why I am contacting you is, because I sadly have to say that I am quite disappointed about my order and the service at your online store.

First of all, it would be nice if customers could actually submit a ticket at your website and not get stuck for hours and hours, cause it is not working properly.

Actual issue:
I waited such a long time for my swimwear to arrive. And only half of the stuff that I ordered was actually shipped out to this day. Im still waiting for another bikini to arrive.
When I finally opened the bag, I found some sort of bikini that I definitely did not order. Not to mention, that half of the filling for the bikini top is missing, too.
The second piece was alright though.
To be honest, this is not really the service I paid for.

I would like to recieve the bathing wear I initially ordered, or get a refund. Also I would like you to refund the EXTRA-FEE I will have to pay, in case I have to ship the wrong order back to you.

I placed an order in early September, when I did not receive order by 10/1 I tried to cancel order, their phone of course does not work. Six weeks later I received partial order, two sweatshirts in a size Xtra Large, both sweatshirts are so small they must be made for midgets, I emailed the company four times how do I return for refund as of course there was no packing slip included. I have received THREE emails requesting that I send photographs of the problem, these sweatshirts are so small I can not even get it over my head, I requested they cancel the remainder of my order and they ignored me, why wouldn't they they have already taken my money. I do a great deal of Internet shopping and have NEVER had to deal with such downright outright thieves. Also the sweatshirts were of extremely poor quality. I have reported them to my bank to contest charges and also reported them to Internet crime center. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY After requesting REPEATEDLY to cancel remaining order I received the unwanted jacket yesterday, again NO PACKING SLIP NO RETURN ADDRESS I WANT TO RETURN ENTIRE ORDER and ISSUE REFUND they have CONSISTENTLY and REPEATEDLY ignored my requests again NEVER ORDER FROM NASTY DRESS

First and foremost, listen to the people warning you to stay far away from this company. Here's my story.
I ordered what I thought were two awesome coats for my boyfriend for Christmas. (Little did I know the pictures are fake/stolen from other sites) I made the order around the 18th, paid extra for expedited shipping and was guaranteed that my order would arrive before Christmas. I don't remember exactly when it actually arrived but it was beyond late so I wasted money on the extra shipping. Anyway, the order finally came and these mens "coats" were tiny, ridiculously cheap imitations of the pictures I saw on the site. They were both XL, but when he tried them on I literally thought they would burst at the seams. The fabric was thin and crappy, and they were SO cheaply made. One of them even turned out to be a womans jacket with fake silk polka dot lining. Can you imagine giving your boyfriend a hideous womens jacket as a late Christmas gift? Embarrassing. Infuriating.

So of course there isn't a number to call customer service so I have to submit a ticket. I sent them a clearly detailed description of my problem and disappointment and politely but sternly expressed that I was very angry and want a refund in full. I even said I would still pay for the item to shipped back as stated in thier company policy. It's been a week now and have I received any kind of response? Of course not. I was going to refrain from leaving a bad review until they had a chance to fix the problem but it's way too late for that now.
I guess I'm the stupid one for falling for this fake website and going against my instinct. I mean, what can you expect from a company that uses pictures of random girls taking cell phone selfies to advertise items that they don't even really have? What a joke. Stay far away from this bunk website. It's seriously laughable and pathetic. I would be humiliated to be associated with this company. I can't wait to receive my fake automated reply to this review saying they actually care and want to fix the problem because I could REALLY use a good laugh to cheer me up!

I wish I seen this site last week I placed order Nov 2,2015 paid for 6-8 shipping in still no package. I wasn't thinking cause I thght my order would arrive today so I placed another order lastnite Nov 9,2015 I hate cause I ddnt see all of this first so now I'm very upset cause seems by the views I will never receive my order unless I wait 5months which is ridiculous I praying that I have a better experience hopefully I'll have my order by the end of the week. A scam dont bother

Dress that finally came was a super cheap badly made version of what was advertised you wouldnt be seen dead in it honestly it was a joke different colour and pattern AVOID!
