I ordered a single corset back in July in hopes to receive it by the end of August for a reason. I did not get it. I gave another 2 weeks before emailing the company to ask if they knew what was goin on. They told me to wait 2 more weeks and then email them if I still didn't get it. So now I'm waiting a solid two months. Two weeks later when I did not receive what I ordered, I emailed them again as they asked. The response I got this time was that I needed to check with my post office and see if a package has been held. We all know the post office does not do that. But like an honest person I did it anyways and when I was told that they don't hold packages and they will send it right back to sender if they can't get it to the written address, I once again email them letting them know this. They told me I could have a refund or a resend. I told them refund me right now I don't want to wait another 2 months for this to happen again. Well here I am another month and a half later and I had to email them again to ask them where the refund was. 2 days later I finally received an email saying that it was refunded to me for days ago. It had not been. This morning I woke up and I see it on my paypal account finally, but not in my bank account. This place is horrible super slow and they don't know what they're doing. The one thing I ordered previous from them they were ruined during shipment. Everybody knows you do not fold of course it in half at the middle and shove it in an envelope to send it. Horrible business not worth the money you're just going to lose your product and your money so don't bother
They weren't joking. Their dresses are nasty! Waste of money. What you see is nothing like what you get.

Their clothes are AWFUL- customer service is just as bad. These idiots are probably forcing children to make these clothes. I get it, they're cheap. Buyer beware- it doesn't get any worse than this. It's not worth the money. Not even pennies. Pass on this site. They suck. Good luck w/ having anyone get back to you. That takes weeks. & you can forget about a refund. Waste of time.

I ordered a dress in June with an expected delivery time of approximately a month. After waiting 6 weeks my order had still not arrived so I emailed the company and they told me my order would be with me shortly. My order arrived this morning after 3 months when I opened the package I recoiled in horror at the quality of the dress, the material was very cheap, shiney and filmsy, plus the dress was very poorly made I am sure a 5 year old could have done a better job. What an absolute waste of money let's just say the dress is going in the bin!

Ordered a necklace 3 months ago. After 6 weeks I entered a ticket on their support site. A week later I checked my email for their response, only to find they had marked it resolved, and I still don't have the necklace. I drafted another complaint this morning and informed them I was going to put mine and their dirty laundry on FB if they did not resolve this issue. They took the money 3 months ago.

I ordered around 30 items (stupid me) and after receiving these I am only keeping 3 items for sleepwear. The quality is the worst I've ever seen, sizes are not correct and look NOTHING like the picture. I have emailed them for return information since they do not provide any return instructions in the box... hoping for a response. Also before shipping out they immediately took the money out of my account but then asked over a week later for further verification ie picture of my id and credit card. After reading the other comments I'm a little nervous on what they will do with my information. This site is a joke. If it looks too good to be true that's because it is! Do not order from this site!

Ordered my stuff over a month never came. But they did take the money. Went or to see if there was somone i could call. There was not. No phone number. Its asked me to sumit a ticket. Never could not even the order number work. I belive i was ripped off and wont order from them again. I contacted customer service and told them the issue, and they told me that I would basically have to wait until October before any action would be taken. This site is comparable to Sheinside or Jollychic. I wouldn't recommend buying any products from either. Horrible service and the products themselves are usually not great. I guess I can wait to wear the dress next summer. If it ever comes.
