I placed my order at the beginning of August. I enquired in the middle of September about my order and was advised it could take up to 2 months for delivery. I should wait until the 04/10/2105 and sometimes parcels get lost!
I received the cheapest item from my order last week and again complained about the rest of my order. I got a ticket no for my complained and someone will be in touch with in 48hrs. When I checked on the ticket it had expired and now I am unable to log into my account! SCAMMERS!' DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!
Where is my items? I want my money back. I purchased my order on august 2oth and it is now October 8th! Im beyond irritated. There is no way to get ahold of anybody. The "live chat" or submit a ticket crap for someone to get back to you is a scam. It tells me my order # is wrong no matter what? Whats that supposed to mean. I have no order? Ordered a dress from NASTYDRESS
They told me it would take like 2 months to come but I was happy to wait because the price was so good.
But the dress never came, so I wrote to them via the support centre.
I received a quick reply which reassured me my Item would arrive shortly.
I eventually got sick of waiting, found this site full of bad reviews and started to worry that I had lost my money.
Then I remembered I paid using Paypal, I opened a dispute with them and filled in all the details I could. However the correspondence I had with the site could not be found again as it was via their support centre, so I had no evidence other than my paypal receipt.
Paypal then wanted the seller "HASAN" to respond and gave him a few days to do so. In this time I received several emails from "nastydress" asking me to withdraw my dispute on paypal as the dress had been dispatched. I rang paypal for some advice and they said DO NOT with draw the dispute, once you do this you can not open another regarding this transaction.
A few days later "Hasan" responded with a tracking number and paypal carried out an investigation with they then concluded that I should have my money back!
SO I WON! YAY
Please save yourself some stress and buy from shops you know :)

Awful service. DO NOT BUY. It is a scam. I'm in the UK and on 17th August ordered £25 worth of stuff. It's now October and NONE of it has been received. They keep saying it's still in the post! They are going to be reported in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations in the UK. I suggest you all do the same and get this sham organisation shut down.

SMH... all I can say is DITTO on all the complaints that have gone forth thus far. This company is horrible to say the least. I ordered 3 items roughly a month ago. I did receive 1 item that resembled a clown costume and was suppose to be a v neck jumpsuit with cut out sleeves, not only did it resemble a costume, I could not wear it because the size was ridiculously small for a 3x, couldn't get it past my knees and I am not that large of a woman I am a size 16 - size 18, i purchased it a size up thinking i was making up for the possibility of it running small because of the price. Not only that i just dropped off the item at the post office to find that i had to pay 16.00 to return a 17.00 item... hah! Yes now you get my title FOOL. I emailed the company to let them know i returned their product with the expectation of receiving a refund for both post office cost and the item. I have yet to hear back from them and at this point, I probably wont. I do know that should the other two items arrive they will be returned un opened so as to not have to pay for the postal service but I will be emailing again to alert them of my desire to receive my refund ASAP.

The clothing I ordered was poorly made seams sewn wrong, threads in tangled at each ending point but the BIGGEST problem was the sizing. Ordered a 2x on shirts and well they were actually a large even ordered a corset type and with the ribbon fully extended still came up short I would say if you are going to order from this company go UP 2 sizes do not go by the size chart it is in accurate I used it with a seamstress measuring tape to get the right size and it is not what they claim and the return policy is nearly impossible by the time YOU pay for the return shipping to CHINA and take pictures that you have to send in an e-mail that they them selves say may not work and you will be sent an alternate e-mail to try again. LOTS of hassle for poor product buy at YOUR RISK.
