If there are problems, the customer service are very quick with the queries which is helpful.

I ordered my 2 dresses back in early aug and now it's Oct 13 and I'm just receiving my package. This is ridiculous. And I even went by the charting size they offered, and my dress was suppose to be a size med but it's more a size midget as well as see thru. This website should be illegal. I placed an order on August 9th, 2015. It is now Oct. 13th, 2015. I have not received my items. They sure were quick to charge me for them though. Now I tried to call, but surprise surprise I can't call because it always says contact during operating hours, I tried to submit a ticket for a complaint and of course that's not working it just keeps saying my order number does not exist and if I leave it without an order number it still doesn't exist. Their live chat doesn't work because of course it's not operating hours. At this point I just want to cancel my order. This place is such a scam and I wish I had read reviews before ordering from them. Lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a dress for summer in early August. I got a notification saying it was shipped on August 10th. It's now October 12th, and still no delivery. I had written to them in September complaining and they said it would arrive soon. It's another month gone by and nothing…. Then I come on here and see that SO many people are experiencing the same thing and never got their item. Even if I got the dress now, What am I going to do with a summer dress all fall and winter? The clothinformation items I received were about 2-to-3 times smaller than regular US sizes, and the workmanship/quality was poor - so BEWARE. Also, I have been awaiting merchandise for over 2 months, have been back and forth with customer service trying to get a refund (via their website), and the company keeps telling me that items "have been shipped". Nasty dress is an absolute scam. Ordered 2 items 3 months ago and still not received anything. Contact number does not work and the ticket query system is shambolic. Emailed their support team and didn't get a reply, yet when I opened a PayPal claim they were straight on the case, almost begging me to close the dispute. So glad I used PayPal and today PayPal closed the case in my favour, obviously recognising this company are a scam and should be knocked off the internet. Never purchase anything from these chancers!

I ordered 3 dresses... Took two and a half months to arrive and they only sent 2/3 who knows if the third is coming or not. Anyway, i tried them on... They're so absurdly short. My vagina literally shows when wearing them thats how short they are. They look so cute in the pics but like crap in person. One looks like a moo moo that my great grandma would wear. I was able to get in touch with a customer service rep via favebook messenger, they said they have a policy that if you dont get your dresses in 3 months you can get a refund. Apparently i chose the flat rate shipping option (dont remember being given any other choices) so my package had no tracking number. Im going to try to get my money back...

I had gotten an email saying my items were shipped on Sept 13. The website said it took 10 to 15 days to ship to the USA. It is Oct 10 and still have not gotten my two pairs of leggings. I placed 2 orders on August 15th for my wife's September birthday. Website states approximately 10 business days to deliver. It has been 8 weeks and no delivery. It's a shame that a business is this bad. Thank you PayPal!
Now that NastyDress has seen the number of people that are reviewing this post and this site they want to help find my package. I contacted them prior to any action or review with little to no help. NastyDress read your own website on delivery times and you will see that you are so much a scam business that you should be banned from the Internet. Provide a decent product for a decent price and get it to the customer instead of stating we cannot control the delays. Why can other businesses in China provide the service but you cannot? Because they are a legit business that sends the package through reputable shipping services and the proper paper work for customs. Maybe someone from your company should go to the US entry point of your shipments and see how many cargo containers of your product are there to be cleared.
