I placed an order last Wednesday (October 21) and paid for expedited shipping so that I could receive it before this Friday (October 30). I received a confirmation email at 9:26 a.m. on Wednesday and in the email, it said "We will arrange speedy shipping as soon as we receive your payment." At 9:27 a.m. the same morning, I received an email stating they had received my payment. I only ordered 2 items, so it should not be that difficult to package and ship, but my order still says processing. I attempted to contact the company, but I keep getting an error message when I tried to submit the customer service request form. The website says the phone is closed. When I called the US number, I got an automated message that the Magic Jack customer is unavailable. Definitely something fishy about this company. I will be contacting PayPal for a refund and will have to find someplace local to purchase the items that I need before Halloween.
I ordered a dress 3 months ago and never received it. I should have known something was up from their very low prices for such nice pieces. All they do is pick off pictures from the internet and post them on their site as they own. They're fake, a scam, and will be reporting them to the better business bureau to get this scam site SHUT DOWN. If i don't receive my refund or hear back from them, i will find a way to press charges.

This is an internet scam. Whether it's coming from China, or BFE, its not coming. They take your money yet don't deliver. If you read any "positive" reviews, it must be the company themselves because no one in their right mind is going to say anything on their behalf. I never received an item that was past 90 days from when I ordered it and I was never refunded. They promised it was coming with in 30 days, 60 days... ETA continued to increase. I will never recommend this company to ANYONE! I would rate them a zero if it was available.

I placed my order on Sept 7th and have not received it yet. When I inquired about my purchase, they stated it could take up to 45 days. When I inquired about it again, they told me it would take 60 days! The website clearly states that Flat Rate Free shipping is 7-25 business days. In addition, they claim that the package cannot even be tracked! I am very disappointed in this service and have demanded a refund.

My experience with Nastydress.com was overall a pleasant experience. The transaction went very smooth. Customer service is quick to address any issues. The only problem I did have was with tracking, but they were able to get me the information to track them.
I ordered a green long skirt for my 20 yards old daughter because she was going Ariel for a Halloween Party. I get the bag which was opened and resealed and their was a bra in there. I ordered my wife a dress in August for a ball in October, months in advance. I contacted them once the ship date passed. They said wait two weeks, call your post office, this happened three more times. Im on a first name bases with the postal staff now. Every time i emailed them i got the same Reponses. Wait two weeks, call your post office, never a sorry lets fix this, just pushed it off. It's now been well over two months and now they wont even refund my order. They now keep saying pay for tracking on your orders, and you didn't pay for insurance. Then my favorite one now is you pay to have it reshipped or get a partial on the refund. Bs bs.
