Do NOT buy from NastyDress. The quality of clothing is very poor and doesn't look like it does on the models. Some of the items I ordered didn't ever arrive. I contacted the company through their ticket system and got no response. I then contacted them through Facebook messenger and after a while got a response which told me to go through the ticket system which I did again and didn't work! After months of trying to contact them and getting a response every week or so in which they just repeated the last message. Finally they said I would have to ship the items back to China and cover all costs which would end up costing more than what I had spent on the items and then I still probably wouldn't have got a refund. In the end I'm going to cut my losses and never use this company again. I still have yet to receive an item that I ordered and NastyDress say that it is my responsibility to chase it, but with who? I don't know which shipping company they used. Awful company!
I have been emailing since they notified me that they shipped my order on September 16th, 2015... It is now December 18th, 2015... I have been given nothing but a complete run around! No order, no refund, just excuses... Now my email login doesn't work? Can't contact them and they aren't resetting my password... DON'T ORDER...

I am normally a size Large at max (I am slim 6 ft 4 male) due to the foreign sizes I settled to purchase a jacket which was XXL (with extra long sleeves). It took 10 days for the item to get to me (I live in the UK), even though I paid for speedy delivery. When the item came there was loose threads all over the item and the "extra long sleeves" was about 3 inches from my wrist, the quality was poor at best. I emailed straight away to get the item refunded. After a painful conversation over many weeks and having to supply the same pictures again and again (when asked) I was finally told that I can get a full refund if I pay for the item to be sent back to them. I will now end up waisting £14 (£7 to receive, £7 to return) and a lot of effort. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

I paced my order at December 9 and I paid $6.99 for speedy delivery. I've been promised that it takes 5-7 day for delivery so it should be at my house between 14 and 16. Never happened,. It was swimsuit for my vacation that I never got in time. Why wants it after vacation? And when I was trying to track my order information was unknown. This is too bad! I am really upset with the company delivery.

I recently purchased 2 merry xmas b*tches jumpers for me and my sister.
I did it directly through the paypal link so no need to make an account - when trying to complain on the nasty dress website im told i cannot raise a complaint without an account - so i make an account but then relise i havent been sent an order number.
Im FUMING.
They arrived today and are terrible literally the worst quality and look NOTHING like the photo on the website and i paid £32 pounds for this!

I ordered three shirts on Halloween, was emailed November 5th to be told they had shipped and that it was going to take 5-27 business days to come in. It's been longer then that and I have not received anything. Have emailed the Support Center twice. And still nothing. Looked on Amazon.com and they all the same things I ordered for a cheaper price. As of dec 15th i havent recieved anything. This order was for my wife for christmas, i spent over $200.00 to get nothing yet. The coats are not red more oranhe and the materoal can only be described as childrens fuzzy felt! Got an advertisement on Facebook and bought some items, paid with credit card. Two days later, they want photos of my ID and credit card, else the will not ship the ordered items. I refused to send a company that I do not know photos of my ID and credit card
However, I then received an answer from their support team that I should send the money with Western Union instead - which I will surely not do! However, it came to my mind, that with the photo of my ID and a photo of my credit card, they could do severe financial damage to me - they already had all my credit card information from my order, but with the photos, they could even prove to be me everywhere and verify themselves as card holder.
So the first thing I did this morning was to block my credit card at my bank (it was lucky, it was not billed yet) and I get a new credit card in the next days. I just want to prevent myself from problems, because I do not trust this company having my credit card data.

I recently purchased some items from Nastydress.com and didn't follow my own advice and am being defrauded.
1. Always look at the reviews of the company online. Read the bad reviews as the positive reviews are poorly paid employees of 3rd world countries who are hired to post fake reviews and profiles. READ THE BAD REVIEWS FROM INDEPENDENT WEBSITES BEFORE YOU BUY.
2. Beware products that are manufactured in China. After 3 horrendous experiences, Ive learned about not only products manufactured in China, but the companies who sell the products from there as well. Extremely poor quality, and what you receive never looks like the pictures they advertise, and impossible to return.
Post a negative reviews on website independent of the companies web site.
3. Save all communications with these companies, and their claims of; Refunds, shipping times and estimations, and tracking numbers and product ID numbers.
4. And most important;
5. Contact the Federal Trade Administration with all applicable information. The FTA will not handle complaints of an individual nature. Multiple complaints to them will prompt them to investigate the company's profiles and actions. When they determine a companies actions to be deceptive and fraudulent, They not only will be shut down, but will face Federal criminal actions, Including prison, fines, and compensation to victims.
6. A class action suit is Harder to persue because contacting everyone involved is a daunting and time consuming experience. Don't worry about Hiring an attorney for the Class Action Suit. The attorneys will be lining up to take the case. Very difficult to do because everyone involved has to be willing to take action.

I tried and tried to order a large amount of clothing. When I tried to place my card info it kept saying it cant be verified. My card is fine but I think verify visa is not processing for them. I asked customer service for help but they did not. I called and they cant take anymore voice mails and phone lines are closed at 3pm est. Customer service is closed too.
