I ordered 4 different items from this website in 3 orders. I received every order, and I love them all, especially my dress. Will definitely be ordering again.
Ordered two separate orders in November, one order came with an item missing, no explaination as to why this item was missing, no refund. Second order hasn't even been dispatched yet according to the confirmation emails they have sent me. Christmas gifts that I don't have to give to people, money wasted.
And because I didn't make an account before ordering I now can't go onto their website and ask or inquire because I have to sign in to file a complaint and my orders aren't on an account.
Absolutely ridiculous. Complete scam!
Horrible quality of the dresses that were sent, very disappointed! Threads hanging, poor sewing, the smell of chemicals, stay away!

Got my orders within 3 weeks but the return policy is a joke and impossible to get through to customer service for a return form. This is so frustrating! I just want my money back and jumping through all the hoops and taking pictures and waiting for a return form is rediculous. You should just be able to return them hassle free... I will not be ordering from this site again

Ordered jacket on 30th November, was not marked as sent by 22nd December, complained twice, no resolution until complained through PayPal. Just sent a refund with no explanation as to what has happened? There goes my daughters Christmas present! Very angry!

Querying my order as the money has been taken from my account - i got an email asking me to pay for the order so it can be sent? I've already paid. And when trying to send a 'ticket' the order number is optional, as i don't have it I left it blank but it won't let me progress. Please - what has happened to my order? Or give me my money back.
I ordered a dress on 12/5 for my Granddaughter's Birthday Dec. 23rd. No dress. Can't get anything on the website to work. Couldn't get a live chat. I am really enthusiast of this site. I bought tons of dresses and corsets, and they are definetely the best. Prices are so cheap, but quality is stunning.
I am happy with everything I got, people keep making me compliments for their dresses, true to size and to the pics shown.
Customer service is really good, they reply within 24 hours to the ticket you open, and the shipping had the tracking number.
I strongly suggest Nastydress, I am a repeated customer and will keep buying from them.
I place an order thinking it would be about 5 days for delivery due to previous experience but no! 2 weeks of my order 'processing' and nothing took the payment no item. I messaged the support twice one asking what was going on and the second time was to say if nothing changed by Wednesday then I would like a full refund and now without an apology or an explanation it's not saying that I have been refunded. I wouldn't have place the order if I did not want the item. Absolutely poor service!

Customer service is so poor if you can even find a way to get in touch... tried to reset password with no joy... site then tells you to contact customer support but you need to log on to raise a ticket. Err no password?... ordered item 3 weeks ago and payment taken but still no item. Apparently not in stock but no mention of this when order was placed. You have been warned,, nice looking web site and that's the catch to make you think this is a decent set up..

Apparently, half of my order has to be restocked, while the other half is sitting at a post office, in Cincinnati, Ohio. I don't live in Ohio... I live on the West Coast. I chose free shipping and didn't read any fine print (it might exist, I don't know, shame on me for not looking)
I ordered on 10/21/15 and received the pants today, 12/19/15. The pants are super cute and what I had expected from the picture on the website.
What people need to understand is that they are getting a product from China, if you choose FREE SHIPPING they are shipping it the most economical way possible. You can't pay 9.99 for a pair of pants and pay NO shipping and expect the company to pay to ship in a week.
I gave it a 3 star because I feel like the company needs to be a little more transparent. "If you choose FREE SHIPPING, you will get NO tracking number and you WILL wait 2 months for your order".

This company is a scam. I ordered from them in October 5,2015. I contacted them November 15 asking where my order was a for a full refund. The picture they sent me of my package had a false tracking number with no mail carrier provided. They write back saying "rest assure your package is on the way could take 10-25 days to ship." That is bull$#*!! Im contacting my bank and paying the cancellation fee so this bogus company doesnt keep my money. Today is December 19th 2015. I send them another message asking for a refund. Then googled Nasty Dress' name this site popped up and my thoughts were confirmed. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! I would give them 0 stars cause thats what they deserve but that was not a option.
