Horrible

I ordered a few things, got a tracking number and everything, the tracking shows some bogus $#*! the customer service is horrible. Im gonna make sure everyone i know on Facebook never orders from this company.

NEVER RECEIVE MY ORDER
I have ordered ref number J************** on 01-01-2016. They claim on their website that I should receive my order within 5 working days so that mean I should receive my order by Friday 01-01-2016 I am going on my holidays to Dubai on 12-01-2016 so I rely on Nasty Dress website but unfortunately they let me down and I am still waiting for my parcel.
They also sent me tracking number on a link that doesn't work either. How come they are running this company? Who is accountable for this?

I am really disappointed with Nasty Dress and I am never going to uses their services.

Not good

I ordered 6 different items and four of the six were not bad only two were okay. Two were okay smaller and bad stitching and the other two were not something I would choose to take if they were free.

I understand bad stitching small sizes but these was so beyond what the picture said it looked like. I just cant be bothered to return them or if see if its worth the hassle id return only to which cost forty altogether. I have uploaded photos I took and the pictures they had on there website the pictures are not great but the pink is so bright and the both pieces are so see through. The red dress ill post is much shorter then original pic.

I spent 100 dollars for this order. I am 5"9 160 and i ordered all large the one size fits most were snug but id still wear.

I ordered a cheap dress at the beginning of September. Within 2 days, I had received an email saying it had been shipped. 1 month later, it hadn't arrived, so I chased Nasty Dress. I was told delivery could take up to 45 working days so wait until November to contact them if it hadn't showed up. I did so and was told delivery could take up to 60 working days. I contacted them again in December and was told to check with my local post office if they didn't have the package (impossible to make them understand that the Royal Mail aren't the only company to deliver parcels in the UK). I insisted on getting a refund and they offered to ship the dress again, telling me I could only get a refund for about half what I had paid as I had not taken insurance when placing my order. I told them I wanted the money and they replied the payment had been sent but would take 7-25 working days?! Seriously... I send monies overseas all the time (not just mine, clients') and have never heard of such a delay. I will now wait until February and then chase them again: I am seriously worried I am never going to get a refund. Note to self: use Paypal next time.

Got them!

I orderer two pair of shoes, two tops for me and a hoodie for my boyfriend. All the items looked exactly like the pictures, but one pair of my shoes actually broke the first time i put it on. It wasnt as bad and you can still use it without people or even yourself noticing. And i just LOVE the other pair.
They are all small in size so take a bigger size, regardless what you're buying.

I ordered from this company and not only did it take more than a month for my items to be received, once I received them I was in total shock. The sizes not correct at all, the material is once step up from burlap, and the quality is like I hand made the items myself (I don't even sew on buttons). I want a full refund of my $117 and I want to know how to return these items and how long it will take for my refund. I am also reporting this company to the better business bureau.

NASTYDRESS SUCKS $#*!!

Ordered a pair of heels that arrived fairly quickly, but the product itself is awful and CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! The heels arrived with some sort of glue on the toe and edge. There was some random square patch sewed on the side of the shoe and even that was poorly done. The zipper on the back of the heel is unaligned and the sole of the shoe is about to fall off! I tell them I want a refund and what do the do? Offer a 6 dollar coupon! F that! They can shove that coupon where the sun don't shine because I would never waist another penny on their merchandise. NEVER EVER buy from this site.

Update: They sent me an email saying they would refund me. I can appreciate that. Thank you.

I am not satisfied with the communication with customers, all the time from you can not hear anything. It was a gift for Christmas, but I did not next year. Phone numbers or chat does not work on you. I am not at all satisfied and obviously you do not order for you anymore and you can not give good references. False advertising, lies.

I ordered a herringbone vest, similar to the JCrew one. It is not the same as the picture. The zippers are completely different and cheap. The measurements, as many other people say, are wrong. I compared measurements to another vest I have and it matched. Then I got this vest, tried it on, and it would fit my 7 year old niece. I'm 5'1", size XS or petite XS, 0 or 00 in pants, and I still couldn't wear this vest in size Small. It's so short. It arrived with strings already coming out all over the place, falling apart. I'm so disappointed. This company should be sued for false advertising and taking people's money. The only thing I can say that turned out better than expected is the shipping time. It didn't take months, like it did for other people.

I ordered three dresses and only got two. On the website they look nice when they came in the mail was two pieces of cloth I wouldn't use to wipe $#*! off my shoes. This site is cheap and horrible and I want my money back! Now they too my money and now am stuck with two useless piece of cloth! $#*!ing $#*! bags these people are! Am pissed

I ordered a jacket (present) in November, 1 month later & no email or contact! I went online to the support centre & got a quick response that due to popular demand my jacket was waiting to be restocked! At this point they had been quick to take my money & the birthday had passed so I replied... thanks for quick response, but in future it would be good to let your customers know this sooner! Finally today, almost 2 months later, I received an oversized, poor quality jacket which I can't do anything with! I'm currently waiting a reply, but after reading other comments here I'm not hopeful. I recently ordered a similar jacket from 'everything five pounds' site & the quality was great with superb customer services (quarter of the price I paid nastydress)! Good luck if you're still waiting for your items. So dissapointed & dissatisfied

Ordered coat or my daughter in large, it just fits size 10 and arrived with ripped seam, tried getting a refund, but they won't do anything without a photo, which no matter what I try won't send. Think I'll have to cut my loses but please DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SITE. Very tempted to contact trading standards

Waste of money

Got long one for my mum. They got measurements completely wrong, doesn't even slightly fit and cheapest nastiest material ever. No lining and bad stitching! Gutted! Waste of money completely. Only fit for the bin!

Dissapointed

I ordered two bathing suits on August 20th/15 and it is now December 28th/15 and I STILL haven't gotten them. I have tried complaining to them by "sending them a ticket" because that's the ONLY way of getting ahold of them and they never respond. Never buying from this site again. I want my bathing suits or my money back.

I reported this scam of a website to the Better Business Bureau. My order has been "processing" for over 2 weeks! They have already taken the money out of my account but have not shipped my order! This is straight up theft! Customer service is non-existent so I was forced to report them. The only response you get from them is automated bullsh*t. If they get enough complaints, the BBB WILL shut them down. It only takes a few minutes to file a complaint. Hopefully, I get my money back.
