I ordered clothing paid for my stuff and get an email saying I still had to check out and pay funny thing is it shows I paid it and the money was taken out of my account! So am I gonna get my stuff? And why hasn't anybody contacted me back after I have sent Messages trying to get help with this situation no response! I better get my stuff And it better be good quality! Bc I have seen nothing but bad reviews about this place after I ordered. I will see!
I ordered my blazer on February 19 and even paid extra for it to get here in time for an event. I got the expedited 6-8 day shipping and today is the 7th day, however, with expedited shipping, you're suppose to get a tracking number... never got it... AND when I logged into the website to check for tracking info, it says that my order is still processing. Why in the hell is my order still processing if I paid extra for it to be here by now? I don't know when they are expecting to ship my order, but I don't even want the $#*! anymore. DONT PAY EXTRA FOR ANY SHIPPING. I've tried to call and no one is available to take my call which is bull$#*! because as a business, you should be available to the customer at some point in the day. The website doesn't even say when they are and aren't available.
My order number is JJ************** so please get me my refund as soon as possible because I ended up paying $30 for a $19 blazer just so I can have it on right now but it's not even on its way!

I ordered from this site without reading reviews first... my first two items came and they are AWFUL. The material is horrible. It is like a nylon fabric that looks like something you would make a kite out of. Both items' seams had stray threads sticking out of the seams. The quality is so unbelievably poor. Trying to navigate the support center is basically impossible. I keep trying to submit a formal complaint through their support center, so that I can CANCEL the other two items still on my order for at least a partial refund, but it keeps saying I don't have an account. When I try to create an account, it says my email already exits... WTF? This entire site seems like a scam. DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered some clothing from this website on 2/16/16 and paid for it to be received within 3-7 business days for my birthday. Well my birthday has come and gone and I had to purchase another outfit locally, while I'm still waiting to receive my purchase 9 business days later. I tried leaving a ticket for someone to call back and it won't allow me to submit the ticket. I'm soooooo pissed and I want a full refund. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. I really wish I would've read these reviews before I gave them my money

I wish I have read the site reviews rather than "customer" reviews on their website. I found them to be extremely rude and lacking professionalism.
The order that they sent me looked completely different from what I ordered.
I ordered an off-black tight fitted knee length jacket and received a black trench coat. It came to the back of my knees from behind and touched my shins at the front. It wasn't tight fitted, it actually poofed out like someone stuck an umbrella inside it. It was quite heavy and all thread around the buttons and button holes were sticking out in knots. Two buttons were actually stitched together.
I tried to do the right thing and ask to exchange it for something else but they rudely said that they can offer me an 8% discount on my next order and that I will have to pay for shipping both ways.
After about 20 emails back and forth, I did end up getting my money back though not all of it. It was a few dollars less than what I originally paid. Though that may have something to do with the exchange rate.
They then emailed saying that the refund has gone through so can I know delete the review. That if i deleted it, they would send me a "gift" for free.
Even for free I wouldn't want any of the cheap, poorly made clothing.
I still sick by my original statement and NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE!
It will be a complete waste of your time.

I ordered my dresses on 2/20/16 and I ordered them to be shipped fast I better get them or I'm turning them in for fraud and shutting down this site. I'm not pleased with the fraud reports I can't tell if this site is true or not. It says in process but I would like to know where their at. When you call it says no is available to take your call.

Terrible experience - ordered a full length coat for my wife, the item that turned up was a quarter length jacket.
Contacted their support and was told it was an error by their supplier and to wait for a resolution, after several polite emails back and forth, I am still out of pocket for a garment I did not order and is of no use.
I will recover the cost from my Credit Card company, but I will never order anything from these people again.

Nastydress AKA sammy - Rip Off - cheap knock off - bag of worthless clothes. Wont honor wallet refund either - they will ship your first order with acceptable clothes to "bait you" to buy more and send you a bag of worthless - imperfect clothes you cant even ware or give away.

HORRIBLE! - Ordered over $100 worth of items from nastydress took FOREVER to ship out so I asked them to cancel and refund my orfer and im waiting for it to post to my account... Has ANYONE here actually seen their refund money from this place?

Since posting this review I have received m my refund and the money showed up in my account this morning. My conclusion is that if you want faster response with your issues with nastydress you need to write a review so someone will help resolve the matter.
I ordered a sweater, it arrived on time and I was so pleased I ordered a bathing suit. After about 3 weeks it hadn't shipped I emailed they said it was out of stock (why didn't anyone tell me that?) They offered a refund (that i haven't seen yet) or a credit. I said i wanted the suit but if I couldn't get it I'd take the refund. They emailed back with the new shipping date, I said if it I would get here prior to my trip pls send it. They said they processed the refund? I have opened about 4 tkts asking them to reverse the refund and continue with my order they just keep closing the tkts and say they have processed a refund, I doubt if I'll ever see. I wanted the suit! They dont appear to know what they are doing I would not recommend them to anyone

I have now ordered from this website 5 times and every time I receive my order in full. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but whenever I have had concerns and write a ticket to their support centre I always get a prompt reply and find they have good customer service. Some of my favourite items in my wardrobe are from nastydress.com.
I love that they are so much more than just dresses and their prices are so reasonable. I will happily continue to shop here. With size measurements on every item and customer reviews nastydress supplies ample information to help a consumer feel confident that they are purchasing the right item for them. I ordered a dress and crop top over two weeks ago. My order is still processing. I emailed customer service, and the response I got was an email telling me customer service have replied to my response. They haven't actually replied to me, I've just been sent automated emails. I doubt I will ever get my order or my money back. It seems this has happened to a lot of people.

I did everything backwards. I ordered a purse for my daughter approximately 12 days ago. Then I accidentally fell upon this page and got scared after reading bad reviews. My experience was awesome. I got what I ordered, I got it in the mail yesterday, it arrived within 13 days and well before my daughters birthday. Yes I would order from this company again, and I know just from previous experience not to order clothing from China based companies because the size chart is way different then America. Hope this helps anyone.
