I order two dresses early January to give it time to get her as I needed the dresses for a show 3/5/16. When I did my ticket they told me 10-25 days and just kept saying rest assured it's on the way the day has passed and my dresses are still in China. I will never order from them again and I will be making a claim with the BBB as well as PayPal they are frauds DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. And do not reply to my review with that corny copy pasted please contact us message cause it's not going to be anything but the same run around y'all been giving me for the past two months. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE IT A ONE IS BECAUSE ZERO WAS NOT A OPTION!
I ordered what i thought was a lovely dress, when i recieved it i couldnt believe the state of it, my children would have made me a better dress, it wasnt the same colours or style and it was terribly made! It is still un used as i wouldnt even give it away! I would never reccomend this site and to top it off they dont send any reciept in the bag or any returns label, also when i try to ring the number to return it its always closed! Abit of a coinsidence dont you think! I have tried processing a ticket and it wouldnt let me do that either!
I am very upset with my item as it was for a special occasion which i couldnt wear it for and i would like a full refund if i actually get any contact from them!

I've made my order on 19/02/16, i haven't received any information on my order and i can't even track it, i leave for holiday soon and now know that i will not get my orders in time, not for another month atleast, and after this time i will have no use for these items, you can't even contact customer services to speak to them directly because theres no number, you can only send a message and hope that they'll contact you, this whole website seems like a scam, i cant even request to just cancel my orders and get a refund.

I ordered $109.99 dollars worth of stuff from nasty dress.com all the pictures of the people wearing the outfits looked perfect I ordered a bathing suit that is horribly ugly not at all what the picture is like I ordered a black outfit with a 'tan' belt the belt came bright orange. I ordered a white dress with a 'coral' design which came back an ugly orange which is the ugliest dress I've ever seen I ordered another dress which I got two of my orders 4 weeks after I ordered then I didn't get 2 things for 60 days after I ordered it and I ordered all of the my things together. I ordered another dress which came back looking like I bought it at the dollar store. I will NEVER EVER order another thing from them and I'd really like my money back and I will be telling every one I know never to buy anything from nasty dress.com no wonder they call it nasty dress because they are nasty!

I ordered from this site and then tried to log in my email address is invalid it states however they can send me an email. I can't track my item can't log in all it says we started a ticket for you. Well after reading all these that is all they say. I guess I will be contacting the BBC and see what they have to say!
I placed my order feb. 15 said it was shipped Feb 15 it's now March 4. And I can't log in and complain about not being able to log in they give me this ticket # and guess what I can't log in to see that either. Whew I will be contacting PayPal Monday morning

I made a purchase on January 31. I already had the money pulled out on January 31. Today is March 3. I still have not received the items. I went back to check on the website and it states that it is still "processing." It states that within 3-10 business days is when it will ship out, but it has been well over a month. I am still contacting them for a refund.

I paid for expedited shipping because I needed a couple of items for a trip. That was on February 16th. It is now March 3rd and NOTHING! I am cancelling my order! Thank Goodness I paid through paypal, so I can have quick resolution and also file the complaint with them.

Beautiful item which was true to the pic. Delivery time was a little longer than expected but the customer service was really helpful. I would highly recommend.

So I ordered what I thought was a decent coat, turns out I wouldn't even give £5 for it! It had holes in, was a different colour and thread hanging all over! Could of stitched it better myself! Took out a claim with Paypal, they found in my favour and said I can get a full refund if I return the item AT MY EXPENSE OF £23! I paid 39 usd for this monstrosity so I'm basically paying to return nearly as much as I paid for the coat! It's outrageous! I ordered on the 8th of February and I'm still waiting for my ordered to be shipped. It stated it could take 10-20 days I think it was but it's been nearly a month and after reading all these terrible reviews I'm a bit worried I won't ever receive my order. I've messaged them on their Facebook page and no response! It's a shame because there is some lovely stuff on the website and I was going to order more stuff for my holiday in April but by the rate this is going I'd never get them in time so that's one customer you have lost. Awful!

If I could get it a -5. I would. Just got my order today and what a SCAM this is! Spent on $108 on crap. One shirt has a stain on it. I followed the size charts and nothing fits. Quality is horrible and cheap. Never again. Going on vacation in two weeks, was looking forward to bringing these items with me but the only place I'm bringing these clothes is to the garbage.

I have ordered from choies several times, a website common to nastydress. And my order comes within two weeks every time, and my items are awesome. But nasty dress is the opposite. It's been 2 months and my order is still processing, and I have left 5 support tickets. Their fake response is that they are just getting back from the Chinese New year. Lol. I guess been the Chinese New year for two months! Save your money don't visit the website.

I ordered a total of five blouses from this site. Shortly after I ordered, I received an email stating one of my blouses did not ship but the others were on their way. No explanation for the blouse that didn't ship, it just didn't? And where's my $12 I paid for it? I did not have an issue tracking my items. After reading some reviews, I thought I wouldn't see my package. But it arrived within 10 days. The items smelled like chemicals. Three of the items seemed like they were sewn on the spot and shipped. The clothes seem to be an imitation of what you see on the site. Two of my blouses looked exactly like they did on the site and were very pretty. However, the material is very cheap, but hey you get what you pay for. I have big arms, broad shoulders, and a large bust. I had an issue with the way the clothes fit my upper body. I even ordered XL. I will never order from this site again. I felt ripped off because one of my blouses did not ship and they didn't even tell me if it's still coming or if it's a lost cause. Also, I wasn't 100% satisfied with my order as it came in. I wouldn't recommend this site.

I found their products great - as described on the website. The purchase process and postage was quick (especially as it was sent internationally) and the customer service was friendly, helpful and quick.
After the review I wrote before I received 2 out of 3 items I ordered my bathing suit is ok but the shirt that is supposed to be one fits all it doesn't even go past my belly button I wrote them and they tell me to send them a picture of the item and measure the shirt to see if the measurements are the same I went off first it won't let you upload a picture I tried on top of that you can visually see that the shirt is not the same I put it on my 5 year old and it comes to her knees long story short the site the customer service both are horrible I will never order from here again I hope they take the site down
