I joined the Toronto Matchmakers in Aug 2018 (about 5 months ago) There was a lot of pressure from Joanna to sign up during the interview, I did and wish I hadn't.
I purchased 6 referrals and was told it can take a maximum of 8 weeks to find the first match, but that there were lots of available men in my area looking for what I was, so there should be no problem! I provided my deal breakers and #1 was a non-smoker
I called at month 3 to ask what was happening, they found me a match in Nov, he was a smoker? Did they not read my deal breakers?
Silence since, I have called a few times and been told "be patient" At this point I just want my money back as I have no faith in them and their guarantees appears to be false.
It has been 5 months and nothing unless I call and am told they are searching? My lawyer is suggesting a complaint to the BBB and start blogging etc but at this point if I get a full refund I will go quietly. I wish I had never signed up and don't recommend anyone else doing so!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a racoon in the attic, WPS is a professional and honest company. Boris is very knowledgable, I was comfortable with his suggestions for removing the racoon, sealing the entry way and installing preventative options on other parts of the roof. On a side note a baby rabbit fell in my pool when he was here, it was more dead than alive when we noticed and scooped it out, Boris spent about 30min warning it up, and ensuring it was safe from predators, his compassion was obvious and it was something he "just did" not as part of the "job" I would highly recommend WPA

It has been 3 months and they cannot fix my technical issues
I have emailed 3 times and called them, they make no attempt to return emails or try to solve issues
I would not recommend this site

I ordered a sweater, it arrived on time and I was so pleased I ordered a bathing suit. After about 3 weeks it hadn't shipped I emailed they said it was out of stock (why didn't anyone tell me that?) They offered a refund (that i haven't seen yet) or a credit. I said i wanted the suit but if I couldn't get it I'd take the refund. They emailed back with the new shipping date, I said if it I would get here prior to my trip pls send it. They said they processed the refund? I have opened about 4 tkts asking them to reverse the refund and continue with my order they just keep closing the tkts and say they have processed a refund, I doubt if I'll ever see. I wanted the suit! They dont appear to know what they are doing I would not recommend them to anyone
