I was going on vacation, & I found this site. It said it would ship your order to you within 3 business days. I spent over $200 at their store. I then get an email saying I need to verify my debit card. They asked me for a bunch of information like a picture of my driving licence, a picture of my passport and very sensitive information. I paid through Paypal which should never have been a problem. I told them that it was very inappropriate to ask for that kind of stuff and I sent them a picture of my passport. I don't hear anything from them within 3 days. By this time I'm leaving on vacation in two days. Then I get an email saying don't worry we will destroy any information you give us. Go to Washington Mutual and get a money order because they don't want to take the debit card. I told them that I wouldn't and they cut off all communication with me. Needless to say it was a huge disappointment, I know the clothes are of cheap quality but they were just for vacation. It was a huge disappointment and I had to run last minute to the mall to get clothes for my trip. Do not get suckered into this site. And do not give them any information that they ask you. Very sketchy
I purchased a dress and what i received is a duplicate cheap quality of what they are selling on their website, looks like they take good pieces and post photos on their site but you get a copy of the real piece. Tried to call/email customer service and what they have on their site is just a fake lead to try and contact them (those links to reach don't exist)
At this point i already tried everything but no luck, no way to contact them, so i end up with a very poor quality dress i won't use and losing my money. Thanks for nothing nasty dress, your costumer service sure is nasty. Stars-3
UPDATE: after posting this review i received some emails from what they call "customer support" and really those are just emails from the automated system where they are not giving you a solution, someone to contact, or offer a refund ( their emails say: do not respond to this email) what a joke

Where to start. 1. Everything is not as it appears on site 2. After purchase you are informed that you will have to pay additional amounts of customs charges 3. Amount charged is not what was agreed 4. Estimated shipping time was two weeks... they shipped 3 out of 7 items and then I had to open a ticket and question what happened to the rest to which their response was it will be ready to ship in about a month to six weeks after the quality control inspection. 5. Requested a refund to which they say they processed on Dec 17th, 2015 and stated to allow 7-25 working days and anything beyond that is up to my bank... bs! It has been two months and I have still not received a dime... My bank has no knowledge of anything being presented... 6. Opening tickets does no good... same scripted response every time... Don't Do It!

I recently wrote a review about the quality of the product I purchased from Nasty dress. I still wouldn't buy from them due to quality of work, however today I received a message from PayPal stating they refunded my $. So in my book customer service is top notch. I couldn't contact nastydress, due to forgetting password, so I only left the bad review on here. They seen it on here and resolved it!
Their advertised products are knock-offs of someone else's design! Nastydress should be ashamed using other magazine catalog imagines with the heads cutoff... thought these items were overstock items not some lousy, poorly made, cheap material pieces of trash! What I couldn't give away, I took to Goodwill... NASTYDRESS IS A SCAM!

I have called the US customer service phone number but you cannot even leave a message! I sent 2 complaint emails and no response! I have contacted UPS and given them my order number and my address and there is no package for me! My order number is J**************... Where is my package? What is the REAL customer service number? Poor quality, threads hanging down all over the place, I'm a UK size 8, plus I'm 5ft2 so I ordered a small, and I am bursting out of the top, it is ridiculously short, not at all how it looks in the picture. Very dissapointed.

I bought 2 shirts size L from this company and they are bursting at the seams. The material is paper thin with strands of thread hanging out all over. I know they were cheap but what a load of TAT. They will be going straight in the bin. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY

STAY AWAY. AN ABSOLUTE waste of money... what shows up (very late) is the cheapest crappiest clothing, that barely resembles the picture... with awful fabrics and bad sizing. DON'T waste your money. This is the worst thing I've ever spent money on.

As for all the complaints where your merchandise didn't arrive or it was wrong when it did arrive, I hope you used your VISA to order. I placed a order for a cute little dress that I saw on this website... I placed the order on Jan 14th 2016 and have yet to receive it, I inquired about my item and they gave me a ticket number and I still haven't received my item and its now feb 9th. Now I'm on their website and they have a message that they are closed from feb 6th to feb 12th... really? Never ever will I order from this place plus they sent me a picture of the item in its package sitting on top of somebody's purse and computer keyboard... how unprofessional. I ordered 7 items and they arrived some weeks later. I could have put up with the slow delivery if the clothing was worth it but the clothing was poorly sized, poorly made and the fabric used is shiny nylon material rather than the t-shirt material demonstrated on their website. When you try to leave reviews on their website they go into an admin area so no-one else can see them if they are 1 star. Frankly if I could have left zero stars I would have. They claim their items are in a sale and should be many times higher - even mark their claimed original selling price on the website. I believe this may be at best misleading and at worst fraud, as the items they sent me are like you would find on a £1 rail at the market, and could NEVER be sold in good faith for the original prices they claim they are selling at. In short, I wish I had seen the honest reviews of this company before wasting time and money ordering. I opened a dispute with Paypal on 4th Feb and yet Nastydress have completely ignored me and refused to respond to the dispute through paypal. Yet I note on this site they are indeed working as they have responded to reviews further down so any claim of it being the Chinese New Year or whatever else excuse they intend using will be just another fob off. As for the 5 star reviews, they were either left by people the size of borrowers, or they are connected to the company, as the poor size, poor fit and poor quality is beyond refute!

In response to their reply below where they refer me to their terms and conditions - DO NOT BE FOBBED OFF - their terms and conditions are irrelevant - and do not supersede UK consumer law. Paypal and my credit card has offered a full refund. DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING EITHER IF ITEMS ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED OR FAULTY, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO UNDER DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS. BE WARNED THEY WILL TRY TO CLAIM YOU HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN.
ALSO IN RESPONSE TO THEIR CLAIM THAT THEY WILL OFFER ME COMPENSATION FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED - THEY OFFERED ME A $17 REFUND ONLY - AND I GET TO KEEP THEIR TAT. UM NO THANKS - I COULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS RUBBISH AWAY WITH A STRAIGHT FACE. I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY - STOP TRYING TO FOB ME OFF.

After my intitial review here on SiteJabber, I was contacted by a Rep from the site and we worked out a solution where I will be getting a full refund for my order. Be advised with this company if you open a Paypal dispute it will freeze your order and it will not be processed until that dispute is settled. I am getting a refund because the product I wanted is a highly sought item and stock is limited.
