Dispite my hiccups with battery oriented items and running to Lovely from the Support Team for help. It's pretty good. I get a selection of Carriers to choose from with time ranges on delivery along with the costs. For time-sensitive packages like gifts for the Holidays it can be an easy choice and just as advertised, the more you combine the more you save. Worth.

Chat service is hardly ever available. You stay online waiting to be connected with an agent for over 20 minutes then all of a sudden, you get kicked out.
The MYUS company has a policy of requiring the customer to approve of the invoice and shipping list. So I noticed that mistakes were made and I was being charged quite a bit more than I should have been. I sent the invoice to the company and explained why I received so many freebies (the online form produced a message saying the price didn't seem reasonable!), and within less than 24 hours received a notice fro a service representative called Lovely that everything has been corrected.
Was assisted by Lovely, who was excellent. Responsive and patient, she explained the issue to me and then came up with a solution to my problem. Keeps me using MyUS even though corporate seems to be working hard to drive away long time, loyal customers like me away.
Customer support resounded well to my concern ( Jeff) and he assured me it will be resolved in 2-3 days.

Look like this is the best way to reach busy customer service lines and their manager.
I have a very big shipping for 1690$, after shipment request was submitted i observed that the size of one of the packages was increased. Due to oversize nature of the item, this increase the dimensional weight of item by 20% and total weight by more than 10%. The MyUs did not explain the nature of this "FRAUD". The shipment was stopped and returned back, but it is already 9 days and it is still did not reflected in my suit! Based on the DHL tracking, all 4 packages were delivered to MyUs, but in my suit was logged only 2! Where 2 other ones for the last 5 days nobody can answer me! It is ridiculous, i have a signature of MyUs with delivery confirmation from DHL delivery, but MyUs telling they do not have a package! Where are the packages? Stollen?
The money for the return package still did not back to my account and there is no any sign that they will. After 4 emails (during week time) and not single reply i do not know how to communicate to this company. If no reply this time i left to submit case tohttps://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx and fraud case to my Bank.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
