It always been good experience dealing with MYUS the customer service are very helpful lastly employee Pedde Jeff D was very helpful, the shipping is so fast they are very forgivable about many things, waving huge part of many fees, giving me many services for free and much much more.
Some times when i get the package the corners are little bit damaged and the boxs inside is little bit crushed.
Package was was found with unclaimed packages due to incomplete address. Customer service was excellent at addressing the issue.

I have a problem with the real value of my item, my us give to it a 100$ value against the invoice that show a price of 15$; so i contact previusly 3 times by email the my.us service, with no one single answer. Next i tried 5 times for the chat then finally i can chat with your employees Louther, and he changed the value of the item and he was so patient to explain to me how the shipping calculator work, and how i can solve the problem if the cost overload the cost calculated on the shipping calculator page.
So i hope that there will be no problem.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
