An agent with the name of Abubaker just assisted me with splitting an item with Lithium ion batteries (cellphone power bank) from one of my packages. This will allow me to return just the power bank instead of the whole package. Now all i need to do is wait a few days until the split has been done. It took quote some time (about 30min) to get connected to an agent, but it was worth the wait.

Worst service I have ever experienced! I ordered two packages. Both were not delivered. They said it was lost and it is my problem. I lost hundreds of dollars... I mean: What the $#*! is wrong with you guys? Don´t you care when customers go away and don´t use your services anymore because you can´t even do what you have promised at the first place?
Also customs are pretty high so at the end it makes no much of a difference, if you buy it in America or in your own country. (Talking about Europe)
Ridiculous! I had to pay more fees than actually the package was worth!
Guys, seriously don´t choose MyUs. Your money is more worth than spending it on a membership with these fellas. There are lot of other services which perform 1000 times better and care about their customers.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
