Corrected the declared values as i entered the wrong amounts accidentally. While it took awhile for someone to be allocated to my case, once Ginalyn was assigned, it was fixed up very quickly. Ginalyn was responsive and friendly!

Good overall platform. Customer service representative Talal was great.

The only gripe I have with MYUs is the laborious process of having to action and send invoice of prices of items, and the website requies a certain format for attachments of invoices.

Package in review / on hold.

An agent with the name of Abubaker just assisted me with splitting an item with Lithium ion batteries (cellphone power bank) from one of my packages. This will allow me to return just the power bank instead of the whole package. Now all i need to do is wait a few days until the split has been done. It took quote some time (about 30min) to get connected to an agent, but it was worth the wait.

Colleen Anne C. Was very helpful! Responded quickly as soon as we got connected which was great since I waited for a while to even get a representative. She helped me with what I needed right away. Had to wait for a bit for her to make some requested changes. Other than that, response was very fast and everything went smoothly!

NEVER AGAIN! RIP OFF!

Worst service I have ever experienced! I ordered two packages. Both were not delivered. They said it was lost and it is my problem. I lost hundreds of dollars... I mean: What the $#*! is wrong with you guys? Don´t you care when customers go away and don´t use your services anymore because you can´t even do what you have promised at the first place?

Also customs are pretty high so at the end it makes no much of a difference, if you buy it in America or in your own country. (Talking about Europe)

Ridiculous! I had to pay more fees than actually the package was worth!

Guys, seriously don´t choose MyUs. Your money is more worth than spending it on a membership with these fellas. There are lot of other services which perform 1000 times better and care about their customers.

NEVER AGAIN!

The first customer service agent was not helpful at all and I complained. The person that reached out to me afterwards was helpful and I did get an apology for the service. I am currently testing out the service. They said they have coached the agent and hopefully my experience will continue to be good.
