SUBSCRIPTION A RIP OFF

There are many other companies that offer the same service. The difference is if they make a mistake they admit to it. MYUS.COM are quick to make alterations in the system to put the blame back on the customer. This has now happened twice. The subscription is also suppose to get you 80% discount. I am not sure how this works as I have yet to see a discount again at no extra charge other companies will hold your package for up to 30 days so you can send them all in one.

Had some issues with the fast tracking that MyUS has. A very nice service that it is fast. But I was a sleep in my part of the world when I had the opportunity to change the value of the shipping. Cyber Monday stuff.
But Abubaker at the support was awesome and helped me out straight away.
Now I just have to wait for the package to arrive.

As non-US base customers, I've frequently utilized their services to buy various stuffs from USA and Canada. Their shipping rates are relatively cheaper even compared with USPS tariffs, and customer may also choose one between various carriers and shipping methods.

They also handle repacking service effectively to minimize the cost.

I have to say that I was very glad that Mr. Jeff still had patience to continue chatting with me, after I had accidentally closed the chat window for the third time in a row, while trying to upload merchant's invoices.
