The last company to deal with for shipments from the US. I lost my money as well as my shipment and have no clue where it is. I shipped just a few new clothes that I bought online and myus managed to completely mess up the shipment. It has been 2 months and I have no clue if I will ever get my shipment! There is nobody one can talk to in customer service. Only a voicemail can bee left and nobody EVER calls back!

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
