The last company to deal with for shipments from the US. I lost my money as well as my shipment and have no clue where it is. I shipped just a few new clothes that I bought online and myus managed to completely mess up the shipment. It has been 2 months and I have no clue if I will ever get my shipment! There is nobody one can talk to in customer service. Only a voicemail can bee left and nobody EVER calls back!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AS WELL AS YOUR SHIPMENT

I have had the best experience with Pedde Jeff D today on the online chat help. He explained everything I needed to do, to get a special present from the US delivered to Australia for my husband for Christmas. He waited online while I placed the order and answered all my questions promptly.
