I waited a long time for the chat to start maybe 30 minutes but once it started Pedde jeff D was very helpful and resolved my problem very quickly.

When my package arrived on their facility, I contacted them to expedite the login process of my package(only 3 items) to my suite so i can attached my invoice to support the declaration. Less than an hour, i received a notification on my items under "Action Required". After uploading my attachment, Items were moved to "In Review" then I contacted their live chat and with the help of Darwin, he was able to update my suite from items under " In Review" to "Ready to Send". When placing an order, It would be faster if you can request the seller to include the invoices. It would help them review the items faster. Also, please consider the number of items for the login in process. Basically It just took me less than 5 hours from the time the items were delivered(based from the tracking) to the time I requested to ship my items.
Really recommend this service to anyone who wants cheaper, faster and reliable service.
Just hope you can lessen the Urgent handling (Ship Tommorrow) Fee. Specially for Single Package member like.

Was going to ship my items for my first international shipment when I found that my 1st shipment shipping discount had just expired. Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
