Louther is awesome!

Louther was a great help! It took a loooong time for the chat to connect me to an agent but when it finally did I had been distracted by some work... when I checked the chat again Louther was still connected to me even after a few minutes where I had not responded and took care of my issue in no time! Talal gave prompt and good answers to all my questions.

Only negative with the chatting experience is that it takes foreeeever(!) for you guys to answer. I've had a few experiences with your chat, and in general I've had to wait 30min until you anwer, sometimes much longer than that. That is something you really have to work with!

Horrible and very misleading

They show lower fees before you order the item to your suite and suddenly the fee increases once you want to ship the items from the suite. Will never deal with you guys again@@@!
