My card expired and thus had to updated with the new details. Following that, the card would need to be verified, however the balance on the bank statement would take some days to appear and thus was unable to verify the card and process the payment accordingly. I clicked on live chat and Kamal was very helpful. I wanted to settle the payment through paypal as opposed through the credit card and Kamal helped me with this and the issue was resolved in few minutes. Thanks so much!

Well the well know myus.com website allow us to ship a item we ordered in USA. But i've got a issue with the ION battery, problem with shipping. Hopefully Christian saves my soul or shoud i say my order. He took action and proceed to repack an ordr than i would not have any problem with customs.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
