These people failed to deliver an item shipped to Thailand, then claimed it never arrived in my suite when I complained. I got UPS to provide a POD. Then they changed story and said it did arrive and was shipped.
Took me weeks to sort out - they wouldn't compensate me, caused me excess storage charges and having to pay to ship twice.
It was only a lousy garden hoe, but its the principle that counts.
Never again and advise my friends in Asia not to do likewise

The vendor from Amazon I bought my item from did not provide their shipping address on the invoice. This caused a problem which Colleen Anne C. Quickly made me aware of I then got the vendor's address, provided it, and Colleen Anne C. Quickly updated my shipment details at MyUS so it could be shipped. Great service!
On many occasions I have reached out to ask MyUS support, but never even 1 time they have failed me, specially Ginalyn, she was a great help.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
