I have a long story with MyUS. In short: I ordered stuff in Mexico what is not allowed in (supplements) and now I want the package send back to the US and then on to Holland and on the 18th of January they wrote:
Thank you for your response.
I have already requested that shipment with tracking ************** be returned to us. Once the packages are already with us, we can still send them to Holland but it will be considered another shipment. Shipping rates can be estimated in out ship rate calculator.
But after that they wrote
We really apologize for the delay but we are still waiting for the carrier's response about the return shipment request.
Strange isn't it. Because today is the 30th of January. That means that although they did the request nothing happens for 12 days...
By the way my package is now almost 2 months in Mexico. If this people had said on their website don't send supplements over there there would't have been a problem in the first place. Amazone does. But then you have great companies and mediocre companies.
I wonder where my package is though. I wouldn't be surprised if it has disappeared.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
