Pedde resolved my initial issue in a timely manner which I appreciate but was a bit confusing when I asked to clarify some extra details.
I can only report positive things regarding my transaction with MyUs. Website easy to navigate, rapid notification of my goods ready to ship and arrival at my home in Australia on the exact day they specified.
For me the only negative is their pop-up to use them for my purchases. For example, I live in Australia and even when I am trying to buy something local on line the MyUS pop up is quite annoying... I would not mind if I was looking on a US site!. If I cannot shut it off I think that I will close my account and re-open it when I need something from the States.

When i was finally helped today with another agent, the values were 4 times higher than the actual invoice i provided. Abigeal was able to help me. It's 2.30 a. I purchased Anker power bank from amazon. I received it in my account in Myus. I found that shipping fee is changing so I asked the support team. Pedde Jeff D from Myus support clarified that my battery is categorized as hazardous so there is extra fees for special packaging.
The support answers quickly and both the website and app are easy to use. The shipment (US-AT) took a lot longer than expected, but i saved 20 in shipment costs. Dont forget, that you may have to pay taxes in your country!

The (or some?) agents do not have access to edit line items (except for price) which makes it a long and hard process if the person who logs in packages has made an error. Trying to get this fixed via chat is hard to very hard. There are regular errors in the login process lately, and these need to be corrected. I am a long term customer and sent about 1 package every month. Their prices are good for me. Do not sent batteries to them because sending batteries overseas is expensive and perhaps more complicated. Buying batteries local is a better option. Medical items (like a simple sleep apnea mask) may also cause delays.

For several hours I try to contact Live Chat and Responded after several attempts.
More than email was sent and I did not receive any response for three days.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
